The apartment is located in Rüdesheim-Assmannshausen above the town center. Due to the excellent location, you not only have a very nice view, you are not bothered by the train, as is the case on the Rhine.

The unique panorama has always captivated travelers on the Rhine. Above the old town center is the apartment with a view that invites you to linger and dream. A special landscape spread out at your feet, with the promise of tranquility and experience alike. Design your vacation days to suit your mood and we offer you the informal, generous setting for it. The apartment is located in a 6-family house. All other apartments are rented long-term.

The apartment has space for your wishes. The apartment can accommodate from two to 6 adults without having to give up enough personal space. In addition, a child up to 5 years old can sleep in the parents' king-size bed at no additional cost.

Large place with separate bedrooms, large living room and well stocked kitchen. Our family of four was comfortable during our two night stay. We had good communication via email with the property. The view of the vineyards was amazing with small view of the river from our lower unit. It is on a big hill so a bit of schlep into the small commercial district and driving a stick was tricky, but parking was easy. Place was clean and stocked with the minimum, but one bathroom sink didn't work and linens didn't seem totally clean.

Kurzurlaub Assmannshausen

Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche in dem Weinort Assmannsshausen. Mit super Ferienwohnung und traumhaften Ausblick auf die Weinberge. Die Wohnung ist groß mit zwei Bädern und riesigen Balkon. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Tag Es ist alles wie beschrieben und das ein und aus checken war sehr einfach Im Haushalt ist alles vorzufinden und gut sortiert Schöner großer Balkon mit sehr netten Nachbarn und mit top Aussicht auf die Weinreben und dem Rhein Vielen lieben Dank 😊

Super schöne Lage, Ausstattung könnte besser sein

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf die Weinberge. Leider fehlte uns Weinfreunden aber etwas an der Ausstattung. Es waren nur 3 Weingläser und 2 Sektgläser vorhanden. Bei 4 Erwachsenen ist das etwas wenig. Auch müssten Teller, kleine Schüsseln, Besteck und evtl. Eierbecher mal wieder vervollständigt werden. Was bereits schon mal angesprochen wurde ist das Licht. Im Wohnzimmer ist die Deckenleuchte recht wenig und duster und zum Lesen auf dem Sofa ungeeignet. Und im kleinen Schlafzimmer wäre ein Nachttisch mit Lampe vorteilhaft. Ansonsten hat es uns aber gut gefallen.

Prima Lage. Ausstattung geht so

Die Wohnung ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern ausgewiesen. Tatsächlich sind es nur 2 und ein Wohnessraum mit schlafcouch. Das einzige Badezimmer ist nur durch eines der SZ zu ereichen. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr etc geht so. Die Terasse ist toll...

Große Wohnung - ohne Stellplatz und mit defektem Herd

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aufteilung..leider, nicht wie beschrieben, keinen eigenen Stellplatz für PKW und der Backofen war ohne Funktion. Die Beleuchtung im WZ ist so dunkel, das man abends nicht lesen kann. Kaffeeautomat und Wasserkocher waren erst nach gründlicher Reinigung zu gebrauchen. Wenn hier nachgebessert wird ist es von der Lage her und von der Umgebung ein interessantes Angebot.

Fantastic Views.

Having stayed in beautiful Assmanshausen before we knew what to expect..Fabulous views from the apartment. Thr apartment is huge and the views from the massive balcony are wonderful! There are quite a few good restaurants in the village if you are walking and the round trip Chair Lift/Cable Car and Boat is a must do for anyone. Three small shops in the village inc a lovely deli. Only negative was the TV did not work but who needs television with such a peaceful and beautiful outlook?

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch die Küche ist für 6 Personen gut ausgestattet und alles wirkt sauber und gepflegt. Gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral in Assmannshausen, so dass man unmittelbar in die Weinberge, aber auch ins Zentrum laufen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es gibt neben dem Bad sogar noch ein Gäste-WC. Wir haben uns während des Aufenthalts hier sehr wohl gefühlt

Sehr schöne Feririenwohnung

Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zu dem Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, hell und mit einer schönen Terasse vesehen. Der Blick geht in die Weinberge und zum Rhein. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und ideal für 4 Personen.Die Eisenbahn, die am Rhein entlang führt ist soweit weg, dass sie nicht stört. Von Assmanshausen lassen sich viele interassante Wandertouren in die Weinberge durchführen, oder Fahrten mit dem nahen Sessellift zum Niederwald Denkmal.
