Wonderful Property

This was the perfect place for our stay. The house was spotless and very well maintained and decorated. It is in a nice neighborhood and close enough to walk to the Railyard and even downtown. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property and host!!

This gorgeous, centrally located home felt like a visit hosted by a dear friend. Gorgeous Christmas decorations, warm and welcoming ambience and well stocked in all areas. The home was so nicely decorated plus plush amenities I truly felt like we were staying with a dear friend. Location is excellent for activities in town center, museums, shops and restaurants as well as visiting the pueblos. We felt like locals, not tourists. We will definitely be back!!!

Fun Time In Santa Fe

The location of the unit was great although at first the neighborhood seemed a bit dodgy. Cute house with an artist's sense of design. Would be easier with lockbox instead of having to meet person at the property. Overall a great house and great experience!

Amazing Vacation Home!

What a perfect place to stay! This was by far the best vacation stay yet!! I am an Interior Designer from LA and really picky about the quality and aesthetic of our vacation rentals. We found the house perfect and ready for us. Super clean, beds were very comfortable with quality bedding, very secure spot to stay in a new city. I loved the convenient location! Everything was walkable and we enjoyed the Plaza area daily. What I was most impressed with was the gorgeous design of the home. Attention to detail in every corner including the perfect kiva fireplace where we spent some evenings. Thanks for a fantastic stay, we are already on the list for this year!

Wonderful Santa Fe Home!

My friend and I stayed Nov. 2-7 and loved this home! It was a wonderful arrangement, giving us nice private space. The bedrooms are large and everything was spotless. I've visited Santa Fe many times, but from now on I will rent this home. It is very well priced and great value for the money. It is within walking distance to the Railyard area as well as the main square in town. We took cabs at night to dinner so we could enjoy wine and not worry about driving. The cab fare from this home to town was very reasonable and Santa Fe has a Fri & Sat $5.00 per ride cab deal- be sure to ask about it. The owner answered all of my questions via e-mail prior to arrival and his friend Rose greeted us promptly when we arrived.

Christmas in Santa Fe

I've always wanted to live in a real adobe house with thick adobe walls and a kiva/beehive fireplace and tiles throughout. This condo/apt in a lovely, quiet neighborhood was perfect for our Santa Fe stay. We like to eat breakfast and sometimes dinner in, so having access to a full kitchen was terrific. The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and we loved settling in each evening by a small, cozy fire to read or watch Netflix through the Roku TV system. The newly installed bridges to the well-lit Acequia Trail at the end of the street make it super convenient to walk to Whole Foods, the Railyard, and the Plaza— day or night. We'd love to come back in the warmer weather months to take advantage of the outdoor patio outside the living room, and each bedroom! And let me not forget the lovely local caretaker. She's just a phone call away if you need anything. And she was so sweet to bring us over some homemade posole and biscochitos cookies to share with our friends for the Christmas brunch we served. This place is well worth it!

This place worked perfect for seeing Santa Fe. Close to restaurants and Old Town Santa Fe for site seeing. We went to the Balloon Fiesta 2 days and it was only an hour away. We hiked in the mountains one day.We loved all the artwork and furnishings in their home and the patio is pleasant and peaceful. GREAT PLACE !

Beautifully decorated home. It has every amenity you could possibly need. Kudos to Rose, who had the house ready to go for our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Location is right off the trail that takes you to the Railyard. And not a bad walk to Santa Fe Plaza. Try the Tune Up Cafe. Four-five blocks from the house. We really liked it. And La Choza. Within easy walking distance right off the trail.

Beautiful home

A very clean and nicely decorated home in a quiet area. Very comfortable with plenty of space. My only criticism is with the communication - tried a couple of times to message the host with no response. The only way to contact the property manager to arrange check in was by phone and she was not always available (in fairness, when she was she was very nice). I didn’t have a SIM card for my phone that included voice, only data, so making phone calls was a fraught exercise that could have been avoided by the use of email. There was no info provided on check out procedures or disposal of garbage, both would have been helpful. We were very happy with the space, the communication just needs to be improved.

Nice house with a patio

A well furnished, good looking house. In late summer the patio is a great place to hang out in the morning and evening. There’s a working keyboard for any musicians out there. Beds and furniture are comfortable, the TV setup with Roku is fine. The one drawback is that there are no screens for the excellent French doors, so can’t get much airflow into the house. We thought that maybe there could be a custom screen that rolls or slides in front of the bedroom door when it’s open. Otherwise, my wife and I were very comfortable here during our 10 day stay. And we walked the nearby trail to the rail yard a couple times.

I lived and worked in Santa Fe for 17 years and found my career as an artist there. Santa Fe has a charm and 'vibe' that is addictive - one of the most artistically stimulating places in the world - the natural beauty, native Hispanic and Native American heritage, and lovely people permeate this place with positive, creative energy. I bought this house and renovated it thinking I would move back to Santa Fe permanently. Although my work has taken me elsewhere, this house is a treasure and I love to share it. My primary work has been the restoration and renovation of the interiors of several historic churches including the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis 1 block from the historic Santa Fe Plaza as well as San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church on the plaza in Old Town Albuquerque.
