About this property
Modern House with free parking space
This is our home in Clonsilla, a suburb of West Dublin. It's a two story end of terrace house in a new, quiet and well designed estate. The master bedroom with large en-suite shower and toilet is on the 1st floor and has an Irish king size bed (all bedrooms are upstairs). There is an office for any remote working needs on the ground floor (there is a double sofa bed in the office for extra space). We have a good size garden with a table for 4 to enjoy a drink or a meal outside on a sunny day.
There is another bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and the main family bathroom, with a bath and toilet. Downstairs is a spacious living room, kitchen/dining room and guest toilet.
There are plenty of toys and children's books in our home, so if you wish to stay here with kids, they will have something to play with.
The office opens up into the garden so you can enjoy the fresh air throughout.
We have high speed Internet, Netflix and 2 Google NEST devices. The house also benefits from a monitored alarm system, outdoor cameras and a NEST doorbell.
We have a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and iron/ironing board to your disposal.
Parking at the house is free and there are two parking spaces in the driveway.
There's a green area and a playground in the estate and we are an easy walk and/or short drive/cycle to a number of beautiful landscapes and parks.
There is another bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and the main family bathroom, with a bath and toilet. Downstairs is a spacious living room, kitchen/dining room and guest toilet.
