Recently Updated 2/2 Home with Hot Tub, 1 Mile to Beach

Sleeps 7, Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, vacation rental home with hot tub, AC, heat, Wi-Fi and cable TV included. Home is located a few lots away from the inter-coastal and is fully furnished and fully applianced including washer, dryer, and outdoor grill.

All linens are included, as well as beach towels.

Home has a kitchen, dining, living, and screened in patio. Master bedroom, with private master bath, has a queen size bed and has cable TV, second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin. 1 of the couches in the living room has a full size pull-out.

Home is walking distance to a playground, Walgreens, some wonderful restaurants, a Finnish bakery, and tennis courts. We are 1 mile to the ocean and beaches with restaurants, parking, shops, etc. House has 3 parking spots for use under a covered carport and on the driveway, and parking is allowed on the street. Two hours to Disney, Epcot and Seaworld. Twenty minutes to West Palm and 1 hour to Miami. 15 Minutes from West Palm airport. Many local attractions.

Prior to departure please ensure that the dishwasher has been run off, and if possible please start a load of towels, as the housekeepers have limited time between guests, and this will assist them as they turn-over the home. If there have been any dishes, etc taken into the yard please return them to the home. If you are departing prior to trash pick-up on Tuesday or Friday please put the trash bin at the end of the driveway.

Quaint accommodations

Prior to arriving to our vacation, the owners of the property were very helpful in booking and all the details of our arrival. Once at the home, they were also available to answer a few questions that we had! Nice space for a small family, and very clean. If you’re looking for close proximity to the beach, although it says, it’s about 1.2 miles to the beach, unless if it’s low tide, that Beach has absolutely no sand at high tide! Good local restaurants very nearby!

Relaxing and convenient to the beach

The property is quiet clean and very relaxing. The living room was spacious and furniture comfortable. The screened in porch was the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening after a day out and about. The bathrooms were modern and clean with plenty of towels. The location was close to Lantana beach and great for a morning walk to see the sunrise. It was close to historic Old Key Lime restaurant and shopping plazas were within 2 miles. The backyard had a hot tub and fire pit which could make for a relaxing evening. Amanda and Kenneth ensured our stay was easy. They checked in our and responded within an hour. There were items for a baby as well if needed.

Our stay in Lantana

My husband & I stayed at this property from Nov 5th - Nov 19th, 2022. Overall, our stay went very well. We did have a few issues, however, as soon as we called, they were handled immediately. It was very comfortable home with all the necessary amenities that we needed. My husband was comfortable with the mattresses and pillows, I thought they could use an update, but I would guess that is subjective to everyone's opinion. Overall, it was a well-maintained property.

Beautiful house in Lantana

My family had a great experience at this beautiful Lantana home! The house was extremely clean, and had everything under the sun in case your family forgets to bring something along for the trip. My family will definitely be back for another adventure here!
