Landhaus Birka - a family dream

Our lovely Sweden house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas EC / DG, each with 1 bath are suitable. It is quietly located in a cottage settlement, surrounded by birch, traffic-calmed. The fenced garden with sandpit and playground makes you forget everyday life and create a holiday mood. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture make you enjoy the sun.

Wir waren nun das zweite Mal im Landhaus Birka und haben unsere Wahl nicht bereut. Bei der Buchung angefangen, über den Kontakt zur Gastgeberin, zur Verwalterin, die Schlüsselübergabe bis hin zur Hausrückgabe hat alles sehr komfortabel und unkompliziert geklappt. Das einzige, was wir dieses Jahr als nachteilig empfunden haben, war, dass es im Haus insgesamt zu kalt war. (Wir waren in der Zeit vom 13.06. bis 20.06.26 dort und die Außentemperaturen lagen tagsüber in dieser Zeit bei ca. 14 Grad Celsius.) Jedoch verfügt das Haus über einen Kamin und Feuerholz wurde uns glücklicherweise kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass es dann doch recht behaglich war.Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt zwei schöne Terrassen, eine davon ist überdacht. Ausreichend Gartenmöbel sind auch vorhanden. Der Garten ist sehr natürlich angelegt und ebenfalls gepflegt. Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus und wir können uns gut vorstellen, es wieder zu buchen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung; auch der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Schlüssel- bzw. Hausübergabe bei An- und Abreise erfolgte persönlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und freuen uns auf's nächste Mal.

Einfach fantastisch!

Wir haben mit vier Freunden ein Wochenende im Haus verbracht und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Man kann grillen, Filme schauen, lecker Kaffee trinken und hat viel Platz im Garten und großen Haus für Erholung. Der Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, Bar, und Strand sind einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Gegend ist traumhaft idyllisch. Frau Kluth war ein absoluter Schatz und wir haben uns super aufgehoben gefühlt!

Wunderschönes Häuschen in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Häuschen liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Umgebung, der Strand ist in ca. 25 Minuten auch mit Kindern gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Super Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderbar und die Terrasse ebenso sehr schön. Check in war super einfach und Kommunikation mit der Objektbetreuerin sehr gut. Man hört den Zug im Garten. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört

Eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht

Das Haus, der Garten und die Umgebung sind wirklich top. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und neu. Das Objekt stimmt mit der Beschreibung überein. Die Kommunikation und die Abwicklung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Vielen Dank Frau Kluth :) Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal gerne buchen und in das schwedische Kleinod in Trassenheide zurückkommen.

Schönes, geräumiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub auf Usedom vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag genossen. Daran hatte auch das schöne Ferienhaus einen großen Anteil. Wir haben alles im Landhaus Birka so wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Es ist geräumig, hat einen hohen Standard und ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir konnten an den meisten Tagen auf der überdachten Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten frühstücken. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Feriensiedlung. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Zur Bahnstation sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die An- und Abreise lief vollkommen reibungslos. Frau Kluth hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ein schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 2 Familien inkl. 3 Kindern zwischen 1 - 5 Jahre da. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die überdachte Terrasse mit dem sich anschließenden Garten lädt herrlich zum Verweilen und spielen ein. Super ist hier auch der kleine Sandkasten für die Kids. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier genossen. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, wirkt auf den Bildern zwar größer, ist aber trotzdem angenehm groß. Es war alles wichtige ausreichend vorhanden. Wir wurden von Fr. Kluth sehr herzlich empfangen.

Ankommen-wohlfühlen-entspannen

Alles ging zügig und problemlos. Eigentlich sollte man nach Buchung vom Anbieter kontaktiert werden bzgl Schlüsselübergabe. Dies ist nicht geschehen und wir haben aktiv nachgefragt. Hat dann alles wunderbar geklappt und es gab einen sehr freundlichen Empfang.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir hatten die Unterkunft im Rahmen einer Familenfeier gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war ausreichend groß für 6 Personen, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Alles Wesentliche zum Kochen und Wohlfühlen ist vorhanden.
