Newly built cozy house in quiet neighborhood, sleeps 6 with 2 full bathrooms. Private area on back deck with grill and sitting area. Beautiful downtown with abundant local activities are a 15 minute walk away. Scenic Spearfish Canyon and Historic Fish Hatchery are also in driving distance. For larger traveling families, we also have a nearly identical sister house right next to this one.

Nice small family place

The host is wonderful, was very accommodating and flexible with some of our asks. Very beautiful, clean home, great layout with open space concept. The little patio outside is cute and inviting! Definitely will rebook when coming back!!!

Best location and best accommodation in Spearfish!

We have stayed at this home 3 times now when we come to Spearfish to visit our daughter and her family. Our grandsons love this house! They come over to play games with us and it is a short distance to their house.The house has everything we need and then some. Will be our “home” in Spearfish when we come to visit again. Very quiet neighborhood too…

State Basketball Trip

Three of us traveled to Spearfish for a state basketball tournament. This house was about 3 minutes from BHSU and couldn’t have worked out better. We absolutely loved the property. The owner was very responsive. The house was clean, perfectly equipped for all of your needs and it really couldn’t have been any simpler to check in. Highly recommend!!

Great Spearfish location

This property is perfect for our needs. Very well appointed and comfortable. We love staying there when we visit our daughter and her family. Central to everything in Spearfish. Nice quiet neighborhood too.

This is a new property on a quiet cul de sac. It was spotless and very comfortable for our group. Communication with the host was easy. I would absolutely recommend this property to others.

This is a beautiful, clean and welcoming home. Everything was on one level, its backyard patio is a nice addition, as well as the little den/office with the fireplace. Great communication from the owners as well. This place gets an A+ from me!

Comfortable, clean and spacious house

We had a nice day in the home and would consider staying here again. Nice layout with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed a week and recommend the house and location. Walking distance to Downtown Spearfish, with garage storage and direct house access as well.

Excellent house and great location in Spearfish

Our stay in Spearfish was just perfect. This residence met every need and then some. We mainly needed to be close to our grandchildren - were 10 minutes away. We needed be close to restaurants - 5 minutes away. The house was extremely well maintained and very comfortable. We look forward to our next visit!

A True Gem in the Heart Of Spearfish

You cannot ask for a better stay if you're in Spearfish! These hosts are some of the best I've ever worked with. Kind, helpful and gracious throughout my stay. The house is located on a quiet street just 5-10 minute walk to downtown Spearfish (restaurants, bars, shops, etc.). The house is spotless, the bed was so comfortable and the large garage was a HUGE bonus. The small yard for my dog just another perk! Hands down one of the best stays I've ever had. No matter the season of year, this home is a great place to be to enjoy Spearfish and the Black Hills.

Amazing new house

This house is more spacious the pictures show. The house is beautiful, clean, and has a large garage for parking. We had a great experience. The host is super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Property, Fabulous stay!

Finding the property was easy and checking in was even easier. The house must be a brand new build and the neighborhood was quite and nice. The garage was wide enough for our truck and SUV to park in. There was additional parking in the drive way. Our Host was so kind and quick to reply with any questions we had. The house was very clean and spacious. The photos don’t show that it has a dining room table but it does, seats 4 (plus 3 bar stools). Fireplace was a beautiful feature to enjoy and the chocolates on the counter upon arrival we’re a beautiful addition! Who doesn’t love chocolate. The beds were comfortable and the place was all around modern and cozy inside. The Ad did say “games and toys” but there wasn’t any toys. We did however play a few of the board games they had. Way fun. The grocery store was just around the block and very easy to get to. LOCATION was perfect. There was a park within walking distance for kids. Water park just a short 2 min drive away. Coffee shop within walking distance as well! Really yummy. Recommendations for host: have saran wrap or tinfoil and zip lock bags for guests. A toaster would be nice and new batteries in tv/fireplace remotes. All in all 10/10. Beautiful home. THANK YOU.

A complete gem

Brand new home. Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home fit our family perfectly. The kitchen is typically where we cook & hangout…this was just perfect for us. Absolutely loved how clean it was and the furnishings & decor were beautiful. We grilled outdoors, cooked indoors & enjoyed the local fair, in addition to taking in Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood & the Badlands. This place was centrally located (walking distance) to various restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, groceries, hospital. WE LOVED IT!!! My husband wants the floor plan so that we can build our own. :-) We will definitely be back to stay at this house next year. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.
