Newly remodeled & modern PRINCE CREEK CABIN in Big Bear. Clean & beautifully designed with 3 cozy bedrooms, 5 beds, central air/heat, fireplace, keypad self-entrance, Game Room, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, decks with BBQ/seating, luxury bath/shower/tub, full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, 4K/HD TVs with free Netflix, apps & Wifi. Secluded neighborhood but yet so close to the lake, the Village, hiking trails, Bear Mountain, tubing, Zoo, stores, restaurants, golf course & more. Dogs OK with pet fee.

Beautiful newly remodeled log cabin with modern decor. Guests have access to a cozy master bedroom with a king bed (sleeps 2) and a private master bath that has a dual shower. A second queen bedroom (sleeps 2) and a third bedroom with a full+twin bunk bed (sleeps up to 3) are across the hall along with a guest bathroom with large tub shower. A spacious living room consists of a comfy sofa (sleeps 1), a queen air mattress (sleeps 2), wood burning fireplace, large dining table, full kitchen with a variety of coffee makers, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. The entire cabin has Central AC/Heat — a rare feature in Big Bear.

Outdoor space boosts two large front and rear decks with BBQ grill, fire pit area to make s’mores or star glaze, a 5-person hot tub to soak and relax, and an outdoor seating under beautiful string lights to enjoy scenic mountain views and outdoor dinner. 2 propane tanks are provided for the fire pit and BBQ grill but not guaranteed to be full. Propane can be easily taken by guests to store for quick refill. Guests can also enjoy the private creek that runs next next to the cabin in the winter. Parking is available in the oversized driveway for up to 5 cars and even an RV.

In addition to a variety of card and board games, the cabin also includes access to a large detached Game Room where guests can enjoy a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, darts, and more.

PETS:
We allow a house-trained dog in our cabin, but guests must agree and pay a nightly pet fee to cover additional housekeeping costs we incur. Any dog seen at the cabin without a proper approval or pet fee payment to host will be subject to removal from the cabin with no refunds.

ACCESS:
Guests have access to the cabin via a keycode that unlocks the front door — no need for interaction with host. A large driveway accommodates up to 4-5 vehicles (no street parking in Big Bear), two large front and back decks with beautiful mountain view seating and BBQ grill.

Guests also have access to a giant game room with pool table, air hockey, ping pong, darts, and more. In the winter, a beautiful creek runs directly next to the cabin and guests can take advantage of free sledding on the property after a hefty snowfall.

OTHER NOTES:
4K & HD smart TVS have Wi-fi with complimentary Netflix logged in as well as news and other popular apps. No local/cable. A variety of board/card games are part of the indoor fun activities. A wood burning fireplace is available, but please bring your own fire wood and remove your fireplace trash properly.

Clean and family-friendly

Overall we enjoyed our stay, great amenities for families. The cabin has a game room that entertains all ages, a jacuzzi and fire pit. A/C worked well and there are TVs in all bedrooms. Timely responses from the host through VRBO app. 10-15 minutes from the village and walking trails.

Game cabin

Very cozy cabin. Easy communication with the host. Kids had a great time playing games and relaxing in the spa after a full day of snowboarding and skiing. I recommend this cabin to anyone.

Great cabin with wonderful amenities

Beautiful cabin with fantastic game room offering everything from billiards to darts. Quiet area with front porch and back deck with mountain views. Great for grilling or making smores over a fire pit. Even a jacuzzi for those chilly nights. Manager was very welcoming and very responsive!

A Place to stay!

Lovely house in A quiet neighborhood. Even though it's a residential neighborhood, for 6 days only thing we heard were donkeys. House has everything you need and more. Big Yay for 4 different coffee makers! The playroom is awesome. Ten stars for communication! Every question was answered within minutes (even the dumb ones- and oh boy, I had them).

The listing is a big lie! Do not book!

This is a shady property management company (or owner?) who posted an inaccurate listing. This was my first experience with VRBO and we had booked this as a gift for my kids. Snow was in the forecast and I did not want to complain and move, so (wrongly) decided to wait until all was fine after check out. Here are the lies: NOT a log cabin- it’s a suburban house. The game room is not useable in the winter- it has a small heater that doesn’t heat the garage effectively enough to be used on a cold day. There is no seasonal creek. There’s a drainage ditch. There are no mountain views… except the slightest top of one peak over the neighbors roof… Speaking of the neighbors… this house is not secluded…. It’s on a small lot next to a MAJOR road that’s VERY loud. The faucet leaks, the microwave door handle fell off, there’s nails sticking out on the deck, there was trash under the bed at check in, we received contradictory check out instructions 30 minutes before check out time re: what to do with linens, the kitchen supplies were subpar at best (dull knifes, no baking dishes, can opener did not work, etc). After checkout they said “we’ll give you a 5 star review, we cant wait to have you back!”After I brought this up they then threaten me because they “found” rules I broke which were moving furniture (I put a dining room chair in the bedroom to help with stability getting dressed as I am handicap). This is just wild! I asked for a partial refund and they refused. DO NOT BOOK.

Great place to stay

I booked this home at max capacity and we all found our stay to be a clean, comfortable, fun, and overall a great experience. The home's indoor decor had a cozy cabin feel and the outdoor setup lent itself to enjoying the fresh air and starry nights. The owner was friendly and very responsive. The location of the property was on a safe, quiet street, close to everything.
