This newly upgraded condo has a captivating modern feel that would please any guest. This condo has a terrific marsh view right off the golf course perfect if you are a golfer or a wildlife observer. This luxurious condo with its wood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and custom tile work, makes this a perfect getaway.
Every bedroom has a private bath, and the master suite has a large walk-in shower. There is also a large screened in porch off the master suite with an inviting seating area complete with a chaise lounge to relax in. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen size bed and an attached bath. Cook your favorite meal in the dynamic kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to serve your guests. There is a screened in porch off kitchen that is perfect to relax on while taking advantage of the awesome views of the Carolina marsh and its wildlife. This condo has access to the Linkside Villas swimming pool and tennis courts just steps away from your front door. You will not be disappointed if you reserve this home for a golfing trip, to view Lowcountry wildlife peacefully or just a for a wonderful vacation to remember. NO Garage Access

Very nice, clean property in the quiet Wild Dunes gated community. Pool and tennis courts right next door. Beach 10-minute walk away. 15-minute drive to restaurants. Beds are firm. 2 enclosed patios are great for enjoying the outdoors without the bugs.

House was great and in a good location if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. Towards the end of the peninsula so a little less traffic and people on the beach. Awesome visit!

Relaxing vacation

Wonderful relaxing vacation. As much or as little as you want to do. The home is absolutely beautiful. The porch is so nice for coffee in the mornings. Do not miss the local Long Island cafe. We ate there 3x !!!

Great get away

Loved our visit here. Honestly, we could not have been happier with our accommodations. It was perfect! Clean, comfortable, updated and our adult kids and spouses loved it just as much. Perfect set up. Would love to come back again!

Beautiful inside and out.

Very nice property. Everything user friendly and 5star.Only thing that I saw that should be considered is the A/C didn’t always have the upstairs, where the living room, kitchen and upstairs bedroom are, at an optimal temperature.With that being said, I recommend highly and would stay here with my family again.

Nice property

Very nice finishes inside and an enjoyable stay. No electrical outlet on the front of the property if you're thinking of renting a cart, and no place to hose off sand (not really a big deal to us, but the owner may not want people tracking it inside).

Location and house layout were good. The property's floors were filthy. The carpets in the bedrooms were stained, very dirty, and needed to be replaced. The check-in could have been much easier. It could have been done with a DocuSign document, and the house code could have been texted or emailed. Would not stay again unless the management company guaranteed cleanliness. This is the 2nd property that has been dirty with this management company.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The biggest issue involved the stairs and the very tight fit between doors and surrounding area. The The twenty-five steps to reach the general living quarters was not well suited for people over 65 years of age. Not a bad supply of cooking utensils and dishes, but not great either.

updated well decorated condo

loved the decor. the high ceilings made place seem much larger. kitchen and bathrooms all updated. our big problem was maintenance. we contacted the company 3 times about floor vents being dislodged on arrival and master bath door being stuck. No one ever responded. The uncovered floor vents were a definite injury risk. Being stuck in bathroom until someone could push door open wasn't pleasant either. The location itself was 4.3 stars but the rental company definitely subpar.

It is unfortunate when things cannot be fixed immediately during a guest stay. Your stay was during the 2 days our office was closed for Thanksgiving and we could only respond to emergency calls. Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice rental.....the actual dwelling is top notch!The bad - this area which is in wild dunes is very difficult to get in and out of.....poor beach access, you cannot have even a small jet ski trailer inside the gates, the gate guards are terrible and lack common sense.....Parking is terrible - we were given two passes and I could not find anywhere to park my truck the first night.I left messages with my concerns and got no call back....I have always had good experiences with Island Realty, over many years and rentals - but this was not good.....I think the biggest issue is wild dunes. Will never stay in that area of IOP - almost communist with the stupid rules, gates and lack of common sense.

Lovely Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a really pretty condo. The only thing to be aware of is that this property is NOT near the beach. Make sure you find out where the beach access is before you go. Once you have this dialed in, you are set. We had a golf cart which worked out great, otherwise you will have a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The condo is very nice. Make sure you bring an extension cord to charge golf cart as there is no access to garage. We did find parking in this condo unit to be good, unlike other places we have stayed. Pool is wonderful. Condo with its loveliness and views make for a wonderful stay and we are considering renting this and another close by for next summer for our growing family. Would definitely recommend...
