Apartment 1 **** (80m2) arrive - feel good - relax - luxury apartment with private Jacuzzi and fireplace - wellness area use incl.

Our small facility is centrally located, but very quiet.
It is located in the listed old town area of ​​Diemelstadt Rhoden and consists of 2 houses with a total of 6 apartments and was opened in early summer 2010.

The "main house", a completely renovated half-timbered house from the 19th Century houses 3 apartments, the spa and 2 "magazines".
In the "neighboring house" (new building, year of construction 2009) are 3 apartments. One per floor. Each with its own front door.

In the two "magazines" our guests can "reload" if necessary and without calculation:
Be it extra towels, bathrobes, blankets, pillows, or "forgotten" little things. Our extensive DVD, board games and book collection covers almost every taste.

The spa is open all day. Especially popular is the massage table by hhp. The solarium provides additional tan, the infra red heat cabin also makes its contribution to the "feel-good holiday".
The use is free. If you like, you can reserve a day for exclusive use (by writing on the note on the door).


Our apartment 1 offers plenty of space for 2 adults.

Its "highlight" is the bathroom: dimmable lighting, a whirlpool that deserves the name XL (maximum filling height: 45cm, volume: 450 liters less. Your personal suppression) and a shower area "for 2" (W1 and W2: 110x140) (W4, W5 and W6: 120x120).

The "really big" corner sofa in the 38sqm large living area invites you to practically stretch out and relax in front of the log fire with dimmed light or candlelight.

The integrated, fully equipped kitchen has an additional storage / storage room.

Of the 31qm large and fenced terrace are 17 square meters covered. You can enter them directly from the dining area and sit out in the open, sheltered and enjoy the fresh air.
With a few steps you will not only come to your garage, but also to the sun terrace, where beach chairs, umbrellas, tables and chairs are waiting for you.

The bedroom is at first glance "purist" kept.
Wardrobe with furniture safe, 2 chairs, 2 bedside tables and double bed. The indirect lighting is not apparent until later. Dimmable and with adjustable light color according to taste.
Our guests feel comfortable there and confirm to us again and again that you could (finally) sleep well again. There is a heavenly peace.
Also that we clarify in advance with them, whether they prefer to sleep hard or soft and we adjust the slats, they can choose the type of bedding (beaver, cotton, or microfiber) and we heat up the bedroom according to your wishes and wear his own Part of the "sleep experience" at.

To the main house is a nice anecdote in the "historic city tour Rhoden". He is with his 1.3 km an interesting walk. Up to the building boundary is about 500m. They are already in the field, it is not far to the forests. The places in the surrounding area have a large offer for the "more active" leisure activities.

On the day of departure, our guests found our rules for the transfer of the apartment so far quite pleasant:
They clean up briefly, sweep through and bring the garbage out. Used towels and blankets are placed in the jacuzzi. The last dishwasher is started. The keys left in the apartment. Door closed and informed, you would be gone now (text is enough).
Works great. On request, we also like to come by.
What our guests have nothing to do with: remove beds, clean the fireplace, clear out the last dishwasher, or even clean the apartment thoroughly. That is our task.
