Best Lakefront Property, Fall is a great time to visit!! Perfect lake view!!

Brockway Springs Resort offers the most incredible experience for your Lake Tahoe mountain vacation. Every season is beautiful here! We are close to all North Lake Tahoe ski areas, but retain the convenience of being in the middle of Kings Beach with a heated pool & Sauna when off the slopes.
We have a lakefront pool which is heated year round by our own hot springs and tennis courts right on the lake. Our beautifully appointed clubhouse, fitness room, and newly remodeled co-ed sauna complete the recreation area. Our comfortable one bedroom/one bath condo has a full kitchen, and is perfect for a couple or small family.
Brockway is within walking distance of all the King's Beach activities: mini golf, movie theaters, restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach and water activities. It is very private yet in the middle of everything!!


Winter at Brockway Springs: You will love our little corner of the lake. There is no finer skiing than the North Lake Tahoe area. Dining and sports activities abound here. We are close to the world class skiing resorts of Northstar-at-Tahoe, Diamond Peak, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Homewood, and Mt. Rose. A short drive will take you to Heavenly Valley and Kirkwood resorts on the southern end of the lake.

Summer at Brockway Springs: The summers here are exquisite, you can walk into Kings Beach and have access to mini golf, movie theaters. There are great restaurants like Caliente, Jason's, Steamers, Log Cabin all within walking distance from Brockway Springs. Cultural experiences abound such as Shakespeare on the Lake, music festivals, street/craft fairs and farmers markets.

We stayed at this great condo in Kings Beach on the lake for 5 days, close to restaurants, ski resorts and Safeway. Everything is clean and everything works.The host set everything up for us and the folks on site were very nice. Will stay there again!

Great location right near the lake with patio that opens up to a nice grass area to relax at. Location is gated and seems very safe. Host was super friendly and helpful working with us. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Overall, I had a great stay. The view is excellent, the location was tranquil, and it is a lovely unit. The style is a bit older, yet charming, and it's a great place to stay near Lake Tahoe. I found the couch and bed very comfortable. With the booth dining table, I found the padding on the back was stiffer than I expected, though this was easily resolved by just adding a pillow. The kitchen was very well stocked and functional, though the drawers are a bit older and some don't open easily. The heating worked very well with a combination of wall radiators and an automatic fireplace. The host provided clear and detailed instructions. In addition, the host was very responsive. For example, I had an issue with the WiFi my first night and the host promptly contacted the cable company, and then helped me troubleshoot with the company support directly and arrange for on-site service the next morning. The modem/router were replaced with brand new units and the internet worked flawlessly at high speed thereafter. One thing to be aware of is that there is no laundry in this unit, but in the tower nearby. The Brockway Springs community is also well managed, though there was one hiccup where they had just changed the safe code needed to retrieve my keys and the after-hours answering service had some difficulty locating the code. I think that was a fluke as this has never happened to me in previous stays at Brockway Springs. Overall, I would love to stay again in this unit.

This is a nice place to stay. It is centrally located for activities in North Tahoe. Right on the lake with a pretty view. The pool is fun and open year around. We will be staying here again when we go back to Tahoe.

Amazing Stay

What a great place to stay! Very convenient to shops and food. The owner Michelle is amazing and very accommodating. The unit is clean and comfortable. The pool area is so beautiful over looking the lake. I have already started planning my next stay here!

Brockway Springs is a beautiful property conveniently located and the condo was very nice. We loved the patio with Lake view that opens up to the lawn area. The property also has a fantastic heated outdoor pool.

Our first trip to Lake Tahoe and the view from our patio was fantastic. The entire resort is really nice and the lakeside pool was great. Will definitely plan on returning. Communication with host was great too.

Our tennis courts are a must for anyone like myself who plays tennis. Tahoe is our favorite spot worldwide!!!
