Our modern furnished apartment Wipperau I is located on the top floor of a detached house. It is comfortably furnished.

1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200), wardrobe, couch and TV.
1 bedroom with a single bed, wardrobe, armchair and TV.

Fully equipped and modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer combination, also with basic necessities such as coffee, tea, sugar, etc.

Living area with large dining table and 5 chairs.

New modern shower room with WC, washing machine and hairdryer.

The apartment has a small lawn and a covered terrace with a table and 5 chairs.

A barbecue is also available.

There is also a storage room for bicycles.

Parking is possible on the opposite side of the street.

There is also a playground on the opposite side.

The WLAN is free of charge.

In the living/dining room there is a guest folder with information about the surrounding area.

Lockable storage facilities for bicycles are available. We are Bed + Bike certified.

Smoking is permitted on the terrace. There is an ashtray.

Pets are not allowed.

There is a wooded area in the immediate vicinity which is ideal for walking or jogging.
