Sehr geräumige und vor allem sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung

Sehr geräumige und vor allem sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ wenig Wünsche offen. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage

Ideale Wohnung durch den TG-Stellplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Leider wurden in unserer Urlaubswoche im ganzen Haus neue Fenster eingebaut - extreme Lärmbelästigung - wenn uns das bekannt gewesen wäre, hätten wir storniert!

Wir waren im Juni bei Traumwetter für 1 Woche und der tollen Wohnung da . Ein großes Wohnzimmer , prima Esszimmer und auch das Schlafzimmer ist hell und freundlich . Die Wohnung war piko bello sauber . Toll ist die zentrale Lage . Aus der Tür raus , schräg über die Straße und schon ist man in der Friedrichstraße . Das einzigste Pech was wir hatten die Baustelle vom großen Kaufhaus gegenüber dem Balkon . Ab 7 Uhr war an schlafen nicht mehr zu denken . Aber irgend wann ist die Baustelle mal fertig .

Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden

Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter lief prima. Die Wohnung an sich war geräumig und sehr sauber, wenn auch ein wenig , aber das hat nicht wirklich gestört. Einzig der Hinweis auf den Code für die Haustür hat für etwas Verwirrung gesorgt, da die Eingaben nicht angenommen wurden. Hier hat dann aber geholfen, das ich alle Schlüssel durchprobiert habe.

Insgesamt gute und sehr große Wohnung in zentraler Lage, Aussichten von der Terrasse auf ein Flachdach, also nicht toll. Einrichtung antiquiert und zusammengesucht unmodern. Bad neu und top, Küche alt und Ausstattung erneuerungsbedürftig. Terrassenmöbel alt und wackelig.

Wir waren eine Woche in der gemütlichen schön eingerichteten Wohnung.Wir haben diese super sauber vorgefunden so das man sich gleich zuhause fühlen konnte. In der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden so das man selbst kochen konnte wenn einem danach war. Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer sind getrennte Räume so das einer TV sehen der andere ungestört etwas anderes machen konnte.Wir hatten teilweise schlechtes Wetter, aber man ist schnell in der Wohnung aber auch in 3 Min wieder am Strand ! SUPER ZENTRAL Die Wohnung ist sehr hell durch große Fenster und hat einen sehr grossen Südbalkon mit Blick(schräg)auf die Einkaufstrasse.Terassenmöbel waren vorhanden Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!!!
