"Sundeck 26" in the beach park of Großenbrode. Only a short walk to the fine Großenbroder sandy beach. A holiday home, with everything your heart desires.

Notes on additional costs and fees:

A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally at our office.
Initial supply with linen and towels are included.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.

The cozy living area invites to relaxing evenings in front of the TV or the fireplace. In the modern and fully equipped kitchen, you and your loved ones will be spoiled with culinary delicacies, which you can serve in the light-flooded dining area or on the terrace with a view of the countryside.

For fun, the Playstation 4 provides a selection of games.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and TV.

For your relaxation there is a great wellness - bath with apartment - own sauna, whirlpool and shower for free disposal.

A beach chair is available in the season from 01. 05. - 30. 09. available.

Our holiday home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy friendly. We offer smoke and pet-free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We provide protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.

Wohnung in Ordnung, Agentur eher kompliziert

Insgesamt habe ich im Rahmen meiner Buchung 16 E-Mails von der Agentur bekommen. Check-In und -out Zeiten wird auf die Minute genau genommen. Die Verwaltung und Anmietung ist insgesamt recht kompliziert.Die Wohnung als solche hat alles, was man braucht, was bis auf die Betten auch sauber.Lage sehr gut.

Entspannt an der Ostsee

Wir haben die Whg Sonnendeck 26 als 4köpfige Familie für 2 Wochen angereist. Wir hatten großes Glück und warrn mit 14 Tagen Sonnenschein gesegnet und konnten somit auch den Strandkorb ausnutzen. Hierfür gab es für Familien ein tolles Extra: auf der Terrasse steht eine Extrabox mit Bollerwagen und Sandsachen. Die wunderschöne große Terrasse bot zudem so viel Platz, dass wir mit zwei Familien problemlos zu Abend essen konnten. Die Whg war sehr sauber und bot alles, was irgendwie benötigt werden könnte. Kurzum: Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und solltrn wir wieder nach Großenbrode kommen, dann gerne auch wieder in dieses Objekt/die Anlage.

die wohnung war nicht in ordnung.verschmutztes geschirr,herabhängende vorhänge,bei der couch war das kopfende defekt der balkon war vollgeschissen mit vogeldreck.der staubsauger voll mit dreck bis oberkannte.im schlafzimmer wollmäuse auf dem boden.eine duschtüre defeckt,duschkopf total verkalkt,kaffeemaschiene auch.ansonnsten ein schöner urlaubsort.bei unserem letzten aufenthalt ineinem anderen von den 12 häusern war alles top.das war vor corona.mfg.fam.beseler

Wohnung erfüllt leider nicht die Erwartungen

Die Wohnung "lebt" gewissermaßen von der Terrasse...die war leider erkennbar seit Monaten nicht richtig sauber gehalten (noch Laub vom Herbst), Gartenmoebel nicht abgewischt. Und auch wenn einem die Moewenssituation an der Ostsee bekannt ist...auf der Terrasse gibt es einen Bereich, der täglich mit Vogelkot "bedeckt" wird....in der Wohnung war die Sauberkeit auch eher unterdurchschnittlich und die Gardine hing an einer Stelle herunter..,

Traumhafte Wohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser tollen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll (ließ sich leider, wie immer nicht mit buchen 😊), aber dafür haben wir den Kamin ausgiebig genutzt und eine tolle Familienzeit verlebt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden diese bestimmt nochmal buchen. Vielen Dank! Lieben Gruß Familie Dohmes aus Salzgitter (Niedersachsen)

Super Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung Sonnendeck 26 hatte alles, was man zum Entspannen benötigt. Wir haben 4 erholsame Tage in Großenbrode verbracht. Auch der Strand ist einfach super schön und in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar :-)

80er Geburtstag

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit vielen Gadgets eingerichtet. Es war genau das richtige Objekt für unser Vorhaben, meiner Mutter einen schönen Geburtstag zu bereiten. Außerdem hatten wir in der Zeit in der sich meine Mutter ausgeruht hat die Möglichkeit die Sauna und den Whirlpool zu nutzen. Fazit, wir haben 2 super Tage gehabt.

Sehr schöne Strandnahe Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und zentral. Der Strand ist sehr nah (was mit kleinen Kindern sehr praktisch ist). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, wie auch Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt. Der Balkon ist groß und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Worüber wir sehr positiv überrascht waren, das Haus ist nicht hellhörig. Es gibt einige Parteien im Haus, aber man bekommt kaum etwas von einander mit. Die Wohnung war oberflächlich sauber. Wir haben jedoch einen Punkt Abzug in diesem Bereich gegeben. Das liegt daran, dass unter dem Sofa nicht so häufig sauber gemacht wird (merkt man, wenn man einen verlorenen Würfel wieder rausangeln muss). Zum hatte eine Matratze einen handgroßen Blut(?!)fleck. Das war nicht so schön. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schönes Objekt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Super tolles Objekt

Wohnung modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Jegliche Marken Elektrogeräte vorhanden . Große Terrasse , kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Promenade.
