Cute and cozy home near all the amenities of Lake Lure. Spacious fire pit overlooking Lake Lure. Tall ceilings and lots of windows in family room with rock fireplace and gas logs. Lots of seating for relaxing conversations or watch tv. Kitchen is spacious and contains everything you need for preparing meals or snacks. Bedrooms are nicely decorated and have winter/spring views of the lake. Lots of windows to enjoy the scenery and large deck to grill and gather. Peaceful and beautiful

The house was in a great location. It was beautifully decorated inside with an awesome view of the lake. We enjoyed watching the boaters go by. Very convenient to downtown. Well worth the money.

K & D Lake Lure Trip

The house was roomy and clean. Everything was functional. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the lake. There are quite a few things to do in the area as well as good food.

Perfect Home Base

Great home base for our Asheville/Chimney Rock area stay. Check in was easy and area right around house seems to be filled with other rentals. House was clean and very close to lake beach and downtown area. Had all the essentials and then some!

Enjoyed my stay but I did step on a nail entering the hallway bathroom there was no threshold in place and a nail punctured my barefoot

The house was exactly what is presented. House is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean, bed was comfortable. Host was very prompt when I had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and restful

Enjoyed staying at this cottage. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. Quiet, restful area but I’m sure it’s more lively at other times. The deck needs some work but it appears that is already being addressed. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely home overlooking Lake Lure

The house is charming and very spacious. Great location for hiking and enjoying the Chimney Rock and Lake Lure area. The weather was cool and windy so the house was cool. Be prepared if going in the cooler months of the year. Would definitely return.

Peaceful and relaxing

We really needed to get away after some deaths in the family and just living in survival mode. All we wanted was peace and quiet surrounded by God's beauty. We got all of that!

Lake Lure Getaway

Very clean and comfortable home. Near restaurants. A storm knocked out the electricity for quite awhile, so it was very helpful to find flashlights and a battery operated lantern.

Amazing weekend always with friends. Quiet and relaxing weekend. The house had everything you need. Saw some eagles on our morning we checked out. Definitely would recommend!

A quick getaway

Ist time to LL. Wanted to see the area, enjoy the food, and lake life. Dave with the 1938 Chris Craft was our highlight, even though it was a short trip due to a storm, we lived the history of the area.

Lake Lure peaceful easy feeling!

This was a revisit to Lake Lure with my grown granddaughter whom we were remaking memories.I loved the location to all our favorite places. Nice open living with a wall of windows bring the nature in for us to enjoy. Clean and well stocked! Very comfortable and relaxing. Will definitely come back for a retake!!!

Perfect getaway with beautiful views

This cute cottage overlooking Lake Lure is our new favorite place to stay in. You can see the lake and the mountain from the fire pit. Sliding glass doors in both bedrooms and the living room provide easy access to the deck that runs the entire length of the cottage. We were there in July, and the view from the living room and the deck made us feel like we were up in a tree house. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed. It was spotless and all the furniture was comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back.

Lovely Mountain Getaway
