Welcome to our family's home away from home--a newly remodeled, well-appointed 2-bedroom/2-bath condo between Vail and Beaver Creek, Colorado. Spend your Rocky Mountain vacation on the Eagle River in a well-maintained complex with free covered parking and a community hot tub.

Enjoy world-class skiing at Beaver Creek, just one mile away. Park in one of Beaver Creek's free parking lots, then take a free shuttle up to the town where an escalator whisks you up to the lifts. Or hop on the bus across the street from our condo and ride to Vail, just 8 miles away.

You can stock up on groceries and necessities at two large supermarkets within 1-1/2 miles in nearby Avon, where you'll also find restaurants, sporting goods, shopping and even ice skating. For last-minute purchases, there is a small grocery/convenience store across the street.

I have owned this property for more than 15 years, and hope you enjoy it as much as our family does. I have recently installed hardwood floors, remodeled both bathrooms and updated the kitchen with new appliances.

It is a fantastic getaway near world-renowned resorts, epic skiing, mountain biking, trout fishing and kayaking. Our condo, tucked between Vail and Beaver Creek, makes a terrific home base for your Rocky Mountain vacation--and is a great value.

You can't go wrong here. Great location and a great value. Everything the condo offered met our expectations. We would defintely stay here again and would recommend to others. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Comforting to know during our stay how accessible the owner was if needed.

Here's a secret we discovered- treat yourself one morning to breakfast at Sticky Fingers Bakery & Cafe in Minturn. It's an easy 10 min drive on Hwy 6 East from the condo. Just stay on Hwy 6 and you can't miss it. Very charming community and the French Toast, Sausage Gravy & Biscuits, breakfast bowls, fruit, etc are excellent. You won't be disappointed.

Aweome!

My buddy and I came out for a 3 day ski trip and we were shocked at how nice Steve's condo is. It is that nice! Perfect location if you want to ski at either Vail/BC, convenience store right across the road, grocery and restaurants nearby, easy 1st floor access, covered parking, ski room, w/d, etc. Great place!

We had such a great time here! "Remodeled" is an understatement. Nearly everything is completely new, including the doors/floors/bathrooms/furniture and more. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Condo, Convenient Location

This is a very nice condo with all the amenities we needed for a great, comfortable stay while in the Vail Valley. The location is superb, being only 5 minutes from Beaver Creek and 10 minutes from Vail, putting you right in the middle of all the action in the Avon/Eagle-Vail area. The condo is well maintained, and the owner was very responsive when booking and providing the detailed information about the condo. We look forward to visiting again!

Great location and value-for-money

Just returned from our 4th stay at this condo, and will happily keep going back. We are a family of 4, and it's a perfect layout for us. This unit is not at the luxury end of the scale, but then isn't priced that way either - it is spacious, well-maintained, clean, has all the facilities you would expect, and everything works. In short, it does the job. The hot-tub is a short walk away and, though well-used, is regularly maintained and very enjoyable. The location is great for those dividing their time between Vail and Beaver Creek (as we do), and is also handy for local shops and restaurants. Covered parking is a nice touch too. The owner is very straight-forward and good to deal with.
