3-bedroom one level home located in Montego Bay, off of 135th street and Peachtree Rd. Large, open floor plan in well maintained home! The fully stocked kitchen includes appliances including a digital air fryer. Home is direct canal front with private pier! Nice, large, enclosed porch and open decks on canal! Master bedroom has 2 queen beds, 2nd room has one queen, 3rd has a set of bunks and a full-size bed so you can sleep 9 people comfortably. Close to restaurants, shopping. Community has 2 swimming pools and tennis courts. Please note the boat lift pictured is not available for guest use.

Linens are not included in this unit, but rental options are available. Linens can be rented for $162. A linen rental includes sheets for all beds, pillowcases, hand towels for each bathroom, and a bath towel for each occupant. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
