Beautiful getaway home

Beautiful, spacious place to stay. Communication with host was immediate and responsive. Jetted tub was wonderful. Wood stove was a nice extra and plenty of fire wood. Weather didn’t allow for exploring the property but that’ll be for next time!

Rustic Wonderland

Folks, this cabin is very nice and well equipped. I felt like we rented in a Wyoming lodge with all the Home amenities you would need. Then it snowed and the wood burning stove was the best. Big rooms and wide open layout

Fabulous 50

Group of college friends celebrating our 50th birthdays. Arrived Friday. Got settled in with a fire, grilled dinner and relaxed. Took a scenic train ride near Corinth and lunch in Saratoga. Loved the house so much we return to get the fire going again, feed carrots to the horses Willy and Buttons and settled for great wine and quality time.

Wish we could have stayed longer

Great stay! The cabin was perfect for our group of college friends gathering for a wedding. The full kitchen is well-stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to all the birds.The firepit is awesome.

PEACEFUL!!

Very relaxing location…..wish we could have stayed a few days more!!! The host and property manager responded very quickly to address a minor issue we had with the AC unit. Would definitely book again.

An amazing Fathers day weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and property. The check in was simple and check out was made easy as well. We did not cook while there but the house had everything you need. There was adequate TP, paper towels garbage bags. The beds were all very comfortable as well! Would definitely come back next time we head to Saratoga, and I will be recommending to friends whose kids attend Skidmore!

Enjoyed our stay at the cabin

We enjoyed our stay. Family enjoyed playing some pool, sitting on the front porch, Location was nice and quiet. we saw some deer in the backyard. We didn't have as much time at the house as we would have liked to.. busy with college graduation. hostess was great and answered any questions that I had. Thank you for sharing your home .

Winter get away

We had a great experience with the log cabin. Beds were comfortable and clean, which I am a stickler about. Feels like you are in the country but also a 5 minute drive to stores and restaurants. Our kids loved feeding the horses and playing pool. Very relaxing sitting by the wood stove on these cold winter nights. When we arrived we did not have a lighter to light the wood stove so after notifying the owners, a delivery was made with a lighter and fire starters. Very responsive and a great comfortable stay!

Lovely weekend w college roomies

The weather was lovely to enjoy an autumn getaway on this special property. The owners were easy to communicate with and helped with questions along the way. We got to feed the horses and gather outside by the fire pit to talk for hours. Truly a special property to create memories.

A Home away from Home

We absolutely loved staying at the Cabin. The outside had many areas to visit with our friends and the views were gorgeous. The inside was clean and very roomy. We had the fire going in the wood stove and sat and enjoyed the nights we had there with old friends. It was rainy the nights we did spend at the cabin so we didn’t light the fire pit, we will have to come back for that. We just loved Willy and Buttons and got to feed them apples and they were also very photogenic not really Willy but Buttons really stole the show! It is a perfect place to share with family or friends, we shared many laughs, reminisced about old times and made more memories. Danamarie was absolutely amazing and made sure we had everything we needed and were having a great time.

My friends and I went there for my girlfriends 60th birthday…My first time in Saratoga Springs.. I have booked many houses on Vrbo, but this was by far .. THE BEST … The house was absolutely amazing.. I only wish I could’ve stayed there for a week. The house was beautiful, so clean, & fresh ..So rustic & cabin like … they had candles left for us to enjoy.. lots of firewood,..wine 🍷🍷glasses too .. Donnamarie was so helpful and so easy to get in touch with.. Beautiful spot!

My family stayed here to attend a wedding in Saratoga. The host DanaMarie was so helpful from start to finish she even recommended hairdressers! If you’re looking for a cool spot 15 minutes out of town this log cabin is a great choice!

Great Cabin and Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very quite and peaceful around the cabin. The two horses Buttons and Willy came nearby often, and we had fun feeding them apples. The cabin was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The wood stove and pool table are nice extras you don't see in a lot of rentals. Danamarie was an excellent host and offered great advice for local food options. The cabin is very close to Saratoga Lake, downtown Saratoga Springs and the racetrack. We brought our boat and had no problem getting to and from the boat ramp. We hope to get back to this cabin soon since it had everything we wanted and more.

Wonderful Stay

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. Location is outstanding and just a short trip from downtown Saratoga and the track. Comfortable sleeping arrangements as well as nice amenities including a spacious backyard with a nice fire pit and a comfortable living room with a pool table. House comes stocked with all that one would need for a nice weekend. Overall, we were very pleased and may plan for a repeat stay if we go up to Saratoga again.

Amazing venue for Saratoga newbies!

As first time visitors to Saratoga, we could not have picked a better venue. Myself and a group of friends enjoyed golf, the racetrack, and this luxury “cabin” experience. Pictures do not donor justice. We felt like we were in a scene from “Yellowstone” yet just a short drive away to all downtown has to offer. The home was rustic yet modern and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed morning coffee overlooking the horse farm. We even had a double rainbow our first morning. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We look forward to this becoming an annual trip, and already have plans to return in the fall. Wish we could give it more than 5 stars!!

Perfect stay at this beautiful and clean log cabin!

We had an amazing stay at this quiet retreat, which was also close to all amenities. The home was spotless and offered a lot of charm. We were especially surprised at how comfortable all of the beds were, which is rare for a rental! The only part of the trip we enjoyed more than the horses was the host! Danamarie, was super accommodating and was reachable whenever we needed her. Highly recommend.

Great house, great location, great hosts!

We were in the area for our son to take his girlfriend to her prom. We had our mom with us who is disabled and needs lots of help. The hosts were more than accommodating. Honestly probably the best hosts we have had. The house is gorgeous. Up to date, clean and beautiful finishing touches. The kitchen was well stocked. Sitting and watching the nature around the house while drinking coffee on the porch in the morning was our moment of zen. We will be back!

Quiet Paradise

Great location! Close to everything, yet a peaceful, countryside retreat. The house was open and spacious so while one of us was cooking, others were playing pool but we could still be together. The beds and pillows were super comfy! The only thing our group felt was missing was a casserole dish and some serving trays… we like to hang out and cook. FIVE STARS!

Exceeded Expectations

Our immediate reaction upon walking in is that the pictures do no do the place justice. Very beautiful "cabin" with a perfrct balance of rustic and rural with modern conveniences. Loved the pool table and watxhing the horses. Definitely a lovely stay.

A wonderful winter stay!

We had a great time at this property! We had 4 adults and 4 children under 10 and it was perfect for all! The rusticness of the cabin along with the modern updates done inside made it the perfect winter getaway for us! There was enough space for the kids to play and the adults to sit and work on a puzzle or play pool. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated and had everything that we needed. The Woodstove stocked with wood made everything so cozy. The property was close to restaurants and fun things for all to do. Some suggestions: I wish there had been a coat rack by the entry door or another storage space for all the coats and boots and some of the doors/windows were a bit drafty making the dining area a bit cold but nothing that would impact our rating or prevent us from coming back again! Highly recommend!

Best cabin stay ever!!

We loved our 2 night stay at Danamarie's cabin!!! The pictures do not do it justice. It was spacious, beautiful and relaxing. We wanted to extend our stay, so we might just have to return in the future. Danamarie was an amazing host. Her communication was quick, and she provided me with all of the information I needed. Fun weekend at the cabin

This spacious cabin has something for everyone. We (3 adults, 4 teens) enjoyed a perfect fall weekend playing pool, watching the horses, and hanging out at the fire pit. It's also a quick drive to Saratoga Springs. The cabin was well stocked with pretty much anything you would need and the kettle chips and sparking water was a nice touch! Danamarie was a great host and responded to questions right away. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay!
