Welcome to our luxurious villa in Little Havana! With 7 rooms including a game room and 4.5 bathrooms, our villa is perfect for large groups and special occasions. Enjoy the Miami sun in our sun-drenched backyard with pool and hot tub, just a 2-minute walk from Calle Ocho's culture, music, and food. Our central location puts Miami's hot spots just a short drive away, including Brickell, Miami Beach, and the airport. Memories are made here!

Little Havana is a little neighborhood oasis that exists in the heart of Miami. It’s a very prime location to be in as it gives quick access to all of Miami. Nestled right near Brickell, Coconut Grove, and the Miami River- Little Havana certainly has a lot of character and brings a lot of great Miami energy. The neighborhood is quiet and charming and is filled with some amazing restaurants and cafes. Calle Ocho, which is walking distance has become a very popular scene and tourist attraction that we highly advise you check out. You are also very close to the Miami River that is lined with some of Miami’s most popular venues. Loan Depot Stadium (Marlins Stadium) is also in Little Havana so if you have any events there our property is super convenient.

The villa is completely fenced and gated adding that feeling of privacy and security. You can park 2 cars on the property but there is also plenty of free street parking. The property's landscape is meticulously manicured. The villa is separated into two units. The front unit has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom, kitchen, dining room and large living room. The back unit has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

The courtyard in between the two units contains plenty of lounge space to soak up the sun. The entire space is artificially turfed. The pool and hot tub are surrounded by a deck giving guests the convenient luxury of cooling down in the pool or socializing with friends in the hot tub.

LOGISTICS:
› A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival.
› Check-in: 4:00 PM.
› Check-out: 10:00 AM.
› An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

CLEANING:
› All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
› Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.).
› Washer and dryer (detergent is provided)

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.

POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes twice a week usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed. If you arrive at the property and the pool or hot tub is not cleaned to your standard please reach out and we can send someone.

POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted . No glass is permitted in or near the pool.

GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every TUESDAY and FRIDAY morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.


PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.

PARKING: 2 cars can be parked into the driveway through front gate. Free parking on street.

PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.
