Modern vacation apartment for couples

GENERAL
With us you will find a 50 sqm and 2018 newly renovated apartment with feel-good factor, as well as a unique view of the fortress Rothenberg. The bright apartment is located in the basement of our 3-family house and can be reached via a separate staircase. Max. 4 persons and 1 baby can be accommodated in the apartment.
Due to the good connection to the A9 (junction Schnaittach) Nuremberg, Erlangen, Gössweinstein, Bayreuth, the Franconian, and the Hersbrucker Switzerland can be reached in a short time.


LIVING ROOM
The living room is open to the kitchen. It is equipped with a large satellite LED TV, and a comfortable sofa and invites you to relax. If necessary, the sofa with a topper (lying area 150 x 200) is transformed into a cozy sofa bed.

Free Wi-Fi is available 24 hours a day.


KITCHEN
The kitchen consists of a small kitchen with sink and dishwasher, and a large kitchen with ceramic hob, oven with sheet and baking dish, extractor, a fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, smoothie maker, etc. It was equipped with several pots, 2 frying pans, crockery and cutlery for 6 people, children's cutlery, children's dishes and a lot of accessories, such as several sharp knives, blender, kitchen scales, lemon squeezer, etc. added. Baking paper, aluminum and Frischaltefolie, flour, sugar, salt and pepper, as well as coffee pads and tea are also available for you.


EAT
Here you will find a table with 4 stools and if needed a high chair.


BATH
The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, rain shower, towel warmer, large mirror and a hair dryer. Fresh towels are available.


SLEEP
The dreamland is furnished with a large bed (without foot / LF 1.80 x 2.00 m). A closet with enough hangers, as well as a sitting or Luggage rack are available. The beds are freshly made and, if required, a baby cot with blanket and pillows is provided.


TO WASH
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a clothes horse, clothes pegs, laundry detergent, softener, and an iron and ironing board. So you can travel with little luggage and always have fresh linen!


MISCELLANEOUS
- In the summer months we have thin and in the winter months thicker blankets for you,
- There are blackout blinds on all windows.
- CHILDREN are welcome !!!
You come with a child under 3 years and need a baby bed and a highchair? Please let me know in advance.
- Community games and toys against boredom are available.


PARK
The car can be parked in front of the house in the street.


CHECK IN
from 15 to 20 o'clock about me personally or after 20 o'clock about the key safe. Please let me know at time of booking about your approximate time of arrival so I can provide you with the key safe code if necessary.

CECK-OUT no later than 13 o'clock. Just put the key on the kitchen table and close the door from the outside.


SHOPPING
Within 3 minutes you have reached on foot a baker, a butcher, a stationer's shop and the NORMA.
The marketplace with pharmacy, cafe, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop can be reached on foot in about 6 minutes.


TRANSPORT
The Schnaittcher train station can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes.
