This property was in a central location for all the things we wanted to do!! it was very clean, and the views were pretty great. Anything and everything we needed were just steps away, including the transit system. Elena was very helpful. We will definitely recommend staying here

We had a fabulous stay in this property. Jasmin and her housekeeper Elena were absolutely wonderful. I had just arrived from a long haul flight from Australia and they were really helpful allowing me to check in early. It made a huge difference.

The perfect location for us! Close to public transit which made getting to and from Oktoberfest and other destinations a breeze! Space was super clean, and well stocked with all the essentials! The bed was SO comfy!! We absolutely loved our stay here!

Well located

We enjoyed our stay in this very conveniently located condo. A nice spot with several convenient stores for everyday needs. The check in process was very easy and Elena was quite helpful Would stay here again

Superb Experience

We loved our stay here. Elena met us at the beginning and was very warm and welcoming. We had all that we needed for our stay and it was a wonderfully appointed property. We can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.

Great Place for a Munich Trip!

Very very happy with this booking! We had an amazing trip and Jasmin was very detailed and communicative and Elena was very sweet and helpful! The location is wonderful for getting around Munich and made it very easy to get to and from Oktoberfest!

The entire apartment was very nicely appointed and high quality. The rooms were large. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.It was easy to get to the Munich transit and to a grocery store. In building laundry was convenient. The view across the city to the Alps was beautiful.

Very clean, everything was perfect

We had a great stay. We wanted to stay close to Olympic park and BMW museum which was walkable. Lots of shops and restaurants underneath the apartment which was convenient. The property manager was helpful and so nice. The property itself was very clean and tidy and had lots of utensils,…

Finishing up our trip to Bavaria

We had a great stay. We were greeted on our arrival by Elena who gave us wonderful information about everything. The apartment was well stocked. It had enough space for the two of us. The area had places you could buy groceries or pick up meals. It was a few minutes to walk to the subway and within a short time you were in Downtown Munich. We would recommend this place and stay here again.

Highly recommended in Munich

Spotless apt, less than 5 min walk from the UBahn station and less than 20-25 min from anything we wanted to go to in Munich (Marianplatz, Oktoberfest, even a movie theater). Grocery and restaurants on site. Great balcony with an open view we enjoyed our nightcaps. Well appointed kitchen and very comfortable bed. We unfortunately missed our flight so were late arriving and the host and the caretaker were responsive and incredibly helpful and made our vacation start off on a great note!

Euro 24

We were there for 2 nights at the start of Euro 24. Football result aside our stay was excellent. Communications prior to visit were clear. Elena was waiting for us at the underground, despite our delayed arrival, to escort us to the apartment, she was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is great, everything we needed, nice balcony with view towards Olympic Park, really handy for transport and local shops.

This is a nicely decorated property for two people looking to explore Munich, Bavaria, and Northern Austria. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, walk-in shower, and comfortable bed. A spacious balcony looks out over Olympic Park and provides a relaxing space to enjoy a snack and refreshments in the evening. Just a five minute walk to the Ubahn station provides quick, easy, and inexpensive access to Marienplatz, the English Garden, Viktualeinmarkt, the Hbf, and much more using the excellent Munich Ubahn, Sbahn, Tram, and bus system. It’s an easy walk to the BMW World and museum, if that’s your thing (we recommend both). A responsive elevator system takes you to the ground floor where, just outside the door are a grocer, liquor store, fresh fruit and vegetable market, Three pastry/cake shops, ATMs, Doner and Pizza stands, and a full service traditional German restaurant with excellent food, good service, and reasonable prices. We used the laundry in the lower level of the building and it worked well. WIFI was strong and reliable. We were met promptly by the host’s representative and showed around the building, and local businesses. On warm, sunny days, the apartment can get warm and we would have appreciated a fan, but didn’t request one. We stayed in this apartment for a month and found it a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. We would return without hesitation.

Close to all stores restaurants U ban

Elena was very helpful, unit was equipped with everything needed, the grocery store is literally down stairs as are several store front food places with non-traditional German food options, bakery and the ice cream/ gelato place was open until 9:00 pm! Very short walk to S and U ban, taxi’s also respond quickly. We cooked and ate out, laundry room did need coins but easy to figure out, Again, Elena was so friendly, helpful and helped us with advice when we got stuck in Munich city center as they unexpectedly closed our U ban due to a celebration in the city. Would stay again. Also, the Olympic Park was green, beautiful park like setting. if you walk short distance can see memorial for 1972 Olympic Hostages from Israel killed, sad, moving. Great Verbo option, stayed 11 days.

A Feel of Munich

First, this was the most available and in person communication I've experienced in a long time and was incredibly helpful in finding the apartment and getting checked in. Elena, in particular, was just wonderful. The apartment was great - the furniture and bed were comfortable; the kitchen was nicely stocked, the induction stove was fun to use, and the Nespresso was special touch; the shower was roomy with a lovely rainhead, good water pressure, but no place to put shampoo bottles; the balcony was beautiful with a place to sit and enjoy the view and activity below. It was fun to be in a community with the shopping and dining areas below, the kids playing, teens hanging out, and the U-Bahn in short walking distance. We also easily walked to BMW WELT. Overall, this is a good location, very comfortable for 2 people, lots of amenities, and attentive owners and we would stay here again.

Perfekte kleine Wohnung mit allem Komfort. Gehobene Ausstattung. Netter persönlicher Empfang. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Ein kleines olympisches Dorf in der Stadt. U-Bahn Anbindung in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This place was perfect for us. We came in for 2 days to go to Oktoberfest, and this place was right next to a train station that took us right downtown to wherever we needed to go. The check in process was great, she met us at the door and gave us a full tour, showing us where everything was and making sure we were all set. Communication was excellent, and the place was very clean and spacious. Also loved being right next to the beautiful park and BMW world!

Die FeWo liegt sehr zentral. Die Aussicht ist super. EDEKA und Getränke-Markt direkt im Haus. Wir werde sicher nochmal wiederkommen.
