Just across the street from Redfern Village and walking distance to Gnat’s Landing, Southern Soul BBQ, and Dulce Dough, this tabby cottage with Old St. Simons charm is one of those rare homes that feels tucked away but close to everything.
Inside, it’s all light wood, clean whites, and intentional flow. From the moment you step through the front door, the vibe is calm, comfortable, and quietly upscale. A flex room opens to the deck. The backyard is fully fenced. And the layout works for couples, families, or a long weekend with the dog and the in-laws (if you’re brave).
You’re 1.8 miles from the Coast Guard Station Beach, 2.5 miles to Pier Village, and less than 3 minutes on foot to shrimp ‘n grits, boutique shops, or some of the best donuts on the coast.
