Private: property 900 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (32 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 5.6 km, pebble beach 20 km, public bathing area 20 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m, cycle lane 250 m. Nearby attractions: aquapark 22 km, adrenalin park 3 km. Youth groups are not allowed.

Ferienhaus Villa Coriticum otium Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Anwesen abseits vom Trubel bietet Ruhe und Erholung. Vier getrennte Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und WC bieten genügend Privatsphäre. Voll ausgestattete und sehr saubere Küche. Einzige Einschränkung: durch den frei zugänglichen Pool ist das Ferienhaus eher ungünstig für Familie mit sehr kleinen (Nichtschwimmer)Kindern.

Tolles Ferienhaus für Ruhesuchende

Die Villa Coriticum otium ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir haben hier einen tollen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist genau richtig. Die Villa ist von außen nicht einsehbar und so hat man absolute Privatsphäre! Die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit und doch angenehm zurückhaltend. Das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich in einwandfreiem und überaus gepflegten Zustand. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen! Danke I. für die Gastfreundschaft

Modernes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Der sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter hieß uns in dem modern und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus herzlich willkommen. Das gesamte Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Bäume auf der Rasenfläche boten bei Mittagshitze angenehmen Schatten. Ca. 1 km vom Haus entfernt befindet sich ein gutes Lokal mit istrischer Küche, im kleinen Laden im Dorf erhält man die wichtigsten Lebensmittel.Wir verlebten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub in tollem Haus

Das Haus war sehr schön, in ruhiger Lage und mit allem ausgestattet was man in einem Ferienhaus braucht. Es ist zentral gelegen, sämtliche Städte und Meer sind in ca. 15 min zu erreichen. Ein kleiner XXX ist in ca. 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. 900 m vom Haus ist ein sehr gutes regionales Restaurant. Das junge Vermieter Ehepaar ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder!

Nieuw gerenoveerd - uitstekende locatie

Huis voldoet aan de verwachtingen. Zeer goede materialen, tip top onderhouden. De eigenaars wonen op 5 min van de woning en zijn zeer hulpvaardig. Gelegen op ca 20min van zee en omringd door verschillende interessante dorpjes en steden. Aquapark XXX ligt op ca 40min en is zeker de moeite waard. Grote warenhuizen (XXX) op ca 15 a 20min (dagelijks tot 22u open).

super Urlaub

Super ausgestattetes modernes Haus (wurde laut Vermieter 2018 renoviert) und ein super Pool. Der kleine Markt im Ort hat frisches Brot und ist in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist in Pazin. Die Vermieter sind sofort zur Stelle, wenn etwas gebraucht wird und die Kirschen der Kirschbäume durften gegessen werden. Das Haus liegt ziemlich zentral in Istrien und ist perfekt für Ausflüge gelegen. Waren hin und weg vom Haus und wollten gar nicht mehr heimfahren.
