Welcome to Ridgeview Manor, an architecturally renowned mountain retreat designed by celebrated architect Bobby McAlpine. Perched high on the ridge within the peaceful, gated heights of Heavenly Mountain between Boone and Blowing Rock, this 4-level private sanctuary pairs timeless craftsmanship with resort-caliber amenities.

Ridgeview Manor was designed as an exclusive escape for rest, luxury, and reconnection. Guests visit the Manor to recharge in nature—whether starting the morning with coffee overlooking panoramic Blue Ridge vistas, spending sunny afternoons by the private pool, or gathering around the stone fire pits under unpolluted night skies.

Because the estate is nestled in an exceptionally peaceful, residential mountain enclave, our property is best suited for family gatherings, couples' retreats, and groups seeking a serene, restorative high-country getaway. To preserve the pristine natural quiet of the ridge, we maintain a peaceful outdoor setting with evening quiet hours.

To protect local wildlife and neighborhood privacy, guests must remain within the Manor’s private grounds, refrain from climbing stone walls, and camera drones are strictly prohibited.

Gorgeous house! Was prefect for our large family with young kids! We had the pool heated and it was soo nice for the kids and very warm! We went hiking on the neighborhood trail to the blue hole and it was amazing…such a great hike for kids! We really enjoyed our long weekend stay at the Ridgeview Manor!

Such a beautiful house and property. The pool was wonderful. We heated it and spent most of our time outside enjoying the mountain air. The communication with the host was very good and the checkout process was very cleared to us. Would love to stay again.

My large family and I go on vacation every summer, and this is the first house where we’ve all felt like we had enough space to enjoy. The outside space is amazing. There are lots of different sitting areas and large bedrooms that made us all feel very comfortable. we had a slight issue at check-in with the house being clean, but the owner was extremely communicative and had the cleaners back to fix the problem within an hour. A great location between Boone and blowing rock. Great trails that lead to a swimming hole in the neighborhood. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental and we hope to be back.

The house is amazing, and we had a fantastic week all together. The listing is accurate, and the host is responsive and helpful. Just make sure you follow their driving directions - Google Maps took us a different way, and we had to do some backtracking. We look forward to staying again!
