Only a few meters from the beach promenade, on the ground floor of Strandhaferweg 69, is our newly renovated, 34 square meter apartment. Enjoy the extreme beach near our apartment. There is no apartment within these facilities, where you can live near the beach, and the cozy interior will put you in the holiday mood! The apartment has a nice bathroom and a big balcony. A large TV and a good audio device complete the positive impression. The apartment has 4 beds (a double bed and a high quality Schalfsofa with 2 sleeping possibilities.)

Location Description:
The apartment is located just a few meters from the large south beach, and you can be in about 2 minutes on the beach. Ideal for families with children!
Domestic equipments:
The apartment has a nice bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen (stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle).
Outside:
The large balcony offers plenty of space for cozy coffee hours. It is equipped with table and high-backed chairs for 4 people.

Only about 20 meters from the beach promenade. You are on the beach in just 2 minutes!

Die Wohnung ist im "ersten Augenblick" sauber!, allerdings, wenn man die Tür öffnet- der Geruch!!, - "alt" sehr alt!!. Die Möbel sind sehr alt( zum entsorgen bereits) sollte mal neue besorgen auch das Bett!! - nicht bewegen!!! - sonst wird man wach. Kein Mülleimer weder im Zimmer noch in der Küche!, nur kleiner im Bad. Aber, wenn man da ist ,muss man irgendwie damit klar kommen.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und sehr sauber , allerdings nicht Allergiker geeignet da die Luft doch etwas muffig ist. Dieses fällt einem vor allem auf wenn man im Bett liegt , vielleicht liegt es nur an den Matratzen und dem Bettzeug

Zu der Weiterempfehlung habe ich ein Nein gemacht, da das Zimmer sehr altbacken aufgestellt ist, das Ceranfeld in der Küche hat Sprünge, das Bett geht vom Rahmen her auseinander, Taschentücher unter der Matratze, die Cauch zieht sich alleine raus wenn man sich drauf setzt. Boden und Wände sind ok. Das Bad ist auch ok. Kontakt Aufnahme mit dem Vermieter über Email war nicht optimal. Dafür war die Dame vor Ort bei Schlüssel Übergabe sehr Nett. Balkon war ok. Aber alles in allem müsste in der Wohnung was gemacht werden.

- Kein WLAN verfügbar. - Die Warmwassererzeugung im Bad lässt ich nur schwer bzw. gar nicht regeln. So ist das Wasser eiskalt und wenn man etwas auf warm regelt geht es direkt über in extrem heiß. Steht man dabei unter der Dusche besteht Verbrühungsgefahr!!!! - Die Heizungsregelung hängt anscheinend mit dem Heizlüfter im Bad zusammen. So bläst die Elektroheizung in dem Wohnraum eine kurze Zeit, schaltet sich aus und im Bad beginnt der Heizlüfter. Das ist ein nerviges endloses Wechselspiel und stört in der Nacht. - Es gab keine Beschreibung der technischen Einrichtungen und auch keine Anleitung wo und wie der Müll getrennt entsorgt werden kann.

Fehmarn, Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung hat 70er-Jahre Plattenbau Charme! Die Lage war leider im Erdgeschoss in zweiter Reihe, sodass man auf dem Balkon leider nur den Nachbarn beim Einparken zuschauen konnte! Die Möbel im Wohn-Schlafzimmer haben nur noch Sperrmüllcharakter, Ausklappsofa verdreckt, Teppich voller Flecken , das Doppelbett quietscht und knarrt. Den Einbauschrank kenne ich persönlich auch noch aus den späten 70ern! Nachtspeicherofen im Wohnzimmer und Durchlauferhitzer für Küche und Bad, jüngere Generationen duschen kalt oder verbrennen sich beim ersten Versuch die Finger! Das Besteck war unvollzählig und das Geschirr auch eher nicht erwähnenswert! Alles in allem ist diese FeWo lieblos eingerichtet, uralt und auf Gewinnmaximierung ausgelegt (Null Investition bei maximaler Rendite!)! Für über 700 Euro die Woche darf man da schon mehr erwarten! Einmal zum IKEA und die Wohnung ist halbwegs hübsch! Die Lage zum Strand und das Wetter haben uns (zwei Erwachsene/zwei Kinder 11+14) entschädigt und es war trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt auf Fehmarn!
