GERNE WIEDER :)

Alles in allem - ein super Aufenthalt. Die Lage und logistische Anbindung ist toll. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, sodass man sicherlich das ein oder andere Möbelstück mal erneuern könnte. Dies ist aber der einzige Aspekt gewesen, welcher ein kleinen Kritikpunkt erhält. Wir kommen gerne wieder, da wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen haben.

unzumutbare Ferienwohnung - Abflussrohre riechen stark und Schimmelbildung im Schlafzimmer

der schlimmste Kurzurlaub den man haben kann. Weiterhin stellten wir Schimmelbefall im Deckenbereich des Schlafzimmer fest was noch stärker "Roch". Damit spricht man hier von einer " Unbrauchbarkeit der Unterkunft " Es liegen damit schwerwiegende Mängel vor. Abfluss-Rohre und Schimmelbefall. Leider war es uns nicht möglich eine andere Ferienwohnung in der Schnelle zu finden und wir MUSSTEN leider bleiben. Der Mangel wurde also angezeigt - die Gebrauchstauglichkeit der Mietsache war nicht gegeben. Die Höhe laut Mängelkatalog bei Unbewohnbarkeit der Unterkunft liegt hier bei 100 %

Das Appartement befindet sich in toller zentralen Lage. Die Wohnung war auch sauber gepflegt. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Parksituation zum Be-und Entladen. Aber darauf wird ja in der Beschreibung ausgiebig darauf hingewiesen.

Lage top,App.klein und verbaut,das Aquarium nimmt Platz weg,Zugang zum Balkon sperrig,Tür zum Schlafzimmer niedrig,die Küchenzeile zu klein,Gestank im winzigen Treppenhaus.Die Dusche braucht einen rutschfesten Gummibelag sonst iist Duschen nur unter Gefahr möglich,keine Ablage für Zeugs,man muss einen Arm in den Haltegriff klemmen und gleichzeitig das Shampoo halten.Slapstick pur.Wir hätten gerne Mal im Restaurant gegessen,leider hat eine Reservierung nicht geklappt,das liegt aber an Corona und der Besitzer kann nichts dafür.
