If you are looking for a great location this 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath canal front home is located in the marina basin with spectacular views to the open water! Watch the boats all day long! Better yet, bring your boat because this home features a 35' dock with swim ladder, cleats and dock posts plus an outdoor shower and water hose for rinsing down the boat. Beautiful and spacious open floor plan with high ceilings and brand new light gray flooring throughout. Main living area features a slider door and multiple windows that over look the tranquil waters of the Florida Keys and leads out to a covered porch with table and chairs! Comfortable seating in the living room with beautiful tropical sleeper sofa and love seat and dining room table seats four. Kitchen island peninsula has 3 counter stools. Sleeping accommodations include a King size mattress in the Master Bedroom and its own private renovated bath, the Guest Bedroom has Queen mattress with private entrance. There is a second full renovated bath in the hallway. Additional amenities include Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Dishwasher, Central A/C, above basic Cable package, WiFi, Gas Grill, Bait Freezer and lounge chairs dockside for relaxing.

Great place to stay

Second visit to Venture Out. We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, the property was clean, spacious, and quiet. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our visit comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Venture Out once again. This was one of the nicer units we have stayed in and would stay again in the future. Ocean views are fantastic for morning coffee on the patio.

Christmas Trip with family, teenagers

The location of this home is ideal; perfect for sun lovers and protected from the wind. We loved what the community had to offer from pickleball, pool, and with rented kayaks and bikes we were very active. The home is small, but very well appointed with everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Best location at Venture Out!

Awesome property, had everything we needed and super clean! Check in was flawless, lots of Tupperware, serving dishes and beach towels. We did t use the pool area but it look well kept. It was nice to have the convenient store on property. We will definitely be back.

My 2nd year at Venture Out with family and friends was excellent. We're are already discussing next year. Rental #374 was 5 stars. Very clean and prime location

Fl Keys vacation

The rental was lovely, clean and well equipped. I was somewhat surprised by the “resort” which is a combination of modular homes and RVs. The amenities (pool, tennis and pickle ball courts) were well maintained but there was no one available to help with equipment. This is a nice place if you are bringing a boat but there was no available trailer parking during the entire time we were there. Overall a good place to visit upper and lower keys.

Great Location and Views

This property is as listed. It was clean and the views are great. The location is also good as it is not far from Key West. I rated cleanliness as 4 stars because there was a small ant problem in the unit, lots of traps set up but they were on the kitchen floor. Also, no toiletries were provided such as shampoo and body wash and although the kitchen was well stocked with all things needed for cooking, there were no basics such as salt and pepper or cooking oil and any soaps provided were of very low quality (dollar store purchases). However, the place was clean and comfortable and these are minor issues, so we would definatley stay here again. We didn't get to use the pool or amenities as there was a tropical storm during our stay but the resort itself was nice.

Great Getaway

Property even better than the pictures! Terrific being able to have our rental boat right out the back door(although there might be trailer issues if we had brought our own boat,looks like they were out of space) we were there for the boating and snorkeling so the location was perfect. House was very clean and had everything we needed. The bait freezer was a nice touch. If you are looking to have a relaxing vacation and get away from the hustle of everyday life this (Cudjoe Key) is a great spot. Can’t provide any feedback on the other neighborhood amenities (pool,etc) but it was pretty quiet while we were there

Property Amazing! Property Management- not so great

We greatly enjoyed our stay and the property was exactly what we were looking for. However the rental company who manages the property leaves a lot to be desired. The emails we received were not welcoming at all. Everything contained bright colored font, bold lettering, and plenty of exclamation points of what we better not do and the fees associated with it if we didn’t follow the rule listed. Such as, do not put anything in “brown” garbage can out front or it’s a 25 fine. Anything placed in recycle bin except what’s allowed- 25 fine. Towels need to be washed, nothing in dishwasher, house left tidy, etc etc. Now most of these things are within reason, but to be conveyed as a threat instead of a statement that these things should be done a certain way is very off putting. Normally when we rent a place the owners send welcome emails and check in a week or so before the stay and after to make sure our stay was comfortable. Not here. The only emails or check ins we received were about fines and what not to do. We were also very surprised that with a 7 day stay we were given 1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom, there were no spices or salt/pepper, no extra garbage bags- it was odd and not what we have experienced before with rentals. All in all it was very unwelcoming only because of the property management.

Starting April 1st, AT&T will begin Operation Fiberoptic VO. Three teams will swarm the park in multiple locations. Please make sure your renters are aware that there will be park-wide construction. Potholes, noise, & wifi outage will be the norm. for 4-6 weeks, while they bring us up to date. Due to ongoing upgrades inside the association some of the amenities may not be available during your stay and there maybe some interruption in electric service as repairs are made. Please contact prior to booking for approx. closure/repair dates.
