Calabay Parc at Tower Lake holiday lettings

The house is lovely and in an excellent location. We had a few issues to start but they were very quickly rectified by Joe the property manager and Dave the owner, both of whom couldn’t have been more helpful. Would certainly use again.

We recently stayed here for three weeks, and this home was lovely and had everything our family needed to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The hosts are really easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was simple. The house was immaculate, beds were comfortable (no achy necks or backs), private, secure, and in a safe gated community. The kitchen was fully equipped, even with a kettle (needed for British cups of tea), the pool table in the games room enabled healthy family competition and family time together. We really enjoyed the pool. For future guests driving to Disney and parks, the I4 has become a bit of a car park (parking lot) so it does take much longer to get to Disney then it should, but this has nothing to do the with house. We've stayed in Haines City pre Covid and the traffic was definitely less back then. I can't stress enough, this is nothing to do with the house, just the general increase in traffic. If you are looking for a lovely house, with all you could require for a perfect holiday then this is the house.

We have been home for 4 weeks now and I’m still missing this perfect villa. There was not one thing I would change about this home. Not once did we say I wish it had this or had that, it had everything we needed. There was every kitchen utensil you could need along with a variety of pots and pans, there was nothing missing to enable you to make a meal if you wanted to. You could not run out of plates, mugs or glasses as the cupboards were well stocked and there was also all the plastic ware you could need. As soon as we walked in it just looked perfect from the beautiful wooden floor that ran through the living room and bedrooms, the stylish sofa and comfortable beds, to the chrome fridge, cooker and dishwasher, it was all very elegant. The outside was just as good. We had lots of rain while we were there but it didn’t matter that we couldn’t do a lot as we were happy to stay in such wonderful surroundings. Although it was wet we could still sit outside by the pool as there was such a large lanai and even this had an outdoor sofa, chairs and stools not the usual plastic furniture. There was even a television under the lanai. The pool area was so spacious and peaceful, not overlooked at all. From the dining room you can see the lake. I loved getting up in a morning and drinking my tea sat at the dining table just looking at the lake. It is just a beautiful estate. Some people think it’s a bit too far from the parks but it seemed an ideal location to us, just off the US27 and close to the I4, so everywhere is easy to get to and you’re on a gated community with a lovely lake. The whole villa inside and out was immaculate. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms as well as pool towels. Everything was spotlessly clean. Ariel the owner was a pleasure to deal with. He answered every email I sent immediately. We have stayed in several villas over the years and this is the first time we have had no issues at all, admittedly our issues have only ever been small but this time there was absolutely nothing. Ariel made sure I had everything I needed before I went, he emailed us on arrival at the villa to welcome us He then emailed at the end of our stay to wish us a safe journey home. I couldn’t have asked for anymore from him or his beautiful home. My husband and I will be returning to Florida next year and if this villa is available this is where we will be.
