This welcoming house features two air-conditioned, fully-equipped, and spacious apartments, ideally situated just a 15-minute stroll from the historic Old Town and a short walk to the public beach. The property includes private parking within the yard and provides a shared barbecue for guest use. Nearby, you’ll find a convenient restaurant, bar, and grocery store.

Apartment Viva °2, located on the second floor, offers two bedrooms for up to 4 guests, with the option to host an additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room (130 cm x 190 cm). The kitchen is fully outfitted with all essential appliances. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer for your convenience. The unit also boasts two balconies, perfect for enjoying a sea view.

- Smoking is permitted only outside the apartment, on the terrace or balcony.
- Pets are welcome with a prior announcement and at an extra fee of 15 Eur per day. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.

Located in a peaceful and quiet area, this part of town is perfect for those seeking a tranquil escape. Yet, you’re just an 8-minute walk from stunning beaches. One beach, with its smooth pebbles, also offers a shaded forest area for those who prefer some relief from the sun. There’s a charming restaurant, an ice cream stand, and the option to rent loungers and sunshades.

For families, another nearby beach is perfect for children, with plenty of entertainment options. If you’re the active type, take advantage of the outdoor gym (Street Workout Zone) or indulge your adventurous side with a zip line. You can also rent scooters, kayaks, or pedal boats for a fun-filled day.
If you prefer not to use your car while staying in our town, you can take advantage of the "Krk City Bus" — a panoramic tourist vehicle with open sides, allowing you to enjoy the refreshing Mediterranean air as you move through the city.
