This is one of my favorite houses on Commercial Street East end. So glad to stay there. Everything about the house is wonderful. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Everything was great about our stay. The owners are communicative, kind, and responsive. The place is lovely and the beach is exceptional. Will stay here again. One of the best Ptown has to offer.

Beautiful house in a quiet part of town. Highly recommend for groups. Front patio is a highlight for gathering and before dinner drinks. Walkable to everything. We had guests from the UK who raved. Great choice!

Beautiful home in a perfect location on the East End. Amidst the heart of artist studios and a short walk to downtown, Perfect for the Carnival Week in that we could see the parade from our comfortable porch and/or at end of driveway. Plenty of space for all 8 of us that were there. All the amenities to make family events work!

The Best in Every Way!

Perfect location for peaceful times on the delightful patio overlooking the water, yet close enough to the action for easy walking/biking to everything. Loved having such easy access to our own beach. The house was comfortable, well equipped, and offered several choices for privacy and togetherness, meals, and outdoor time. We hope to stay again! (Do be careful of low sloping ceilings upstairs!)

Amazing house in Ptown's East End

We had an amazing week at this house. It was very quiet and serene and we spent most of the week sitting on the beautiful front porch. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and Bobby is fantastic to rent from. The house has all the amenities neccessary and was in a perfect location. Front porch provides an excellent view of Long Point lighthouse with beach access.

The perfect home for our vacation

This home is perfect. We had the best time staying here and it had everything you could ever want and more! The owners even left some bikes for us to use, which came in handy and saved us some money. I can't say enough nice things about this home. We loved it!

Wonderful host, great vacation

While we had a few hiccups with some housecleaning stuff at the beginning of our stay, and were a bit surprised to find the two downstairs bedrooms were completely underground and windowless (perhaps I had misread the listing), our host Bobby was wonderfully responsive and the home is comfortable, well-provisioned, and as charming as advertised. We're very grateful for our stay and for Bobby's care and attention.

Amazing home!!!!

This house rules. Close enough to town yet far away enough for quiet evenings. The basement bedrooms are especially great for people catching up on sleep. Best host ever, suoer communicative!!!

Great House and Location!

Property Manager/Owner was very responsive and reachable. The house was great. loved sitting on the porch and the private beach. Two bedrooms were in the basement which doesn't always work for everyone. overall I would recommend this house.

Charming and convenient

Great location and access to all that Provincetown has to offer. We enjoyed the beach access and walking into town. Bobby was incredibly responsive to all our queries, even though he was out of town during our stay. It's a special place, with loving touches and upgrades in every room. The kitchen is well equipped and thoughtfully arranged. Thanks Bobby... it was a treat staying in your home!

GORGEOUS House - Everythkng You Could Want

This house is fantastic! Easily accessible to all the happenings in town, but in a quiet spot that allows you to relax. The amenities were fantastic - especially the beach access. There are so many great places for guests to congregate and chill (back porch, front porch, living room). The owner, Bobby, was also just amazing. He was just so nice and was there for anything we needed. We are so lucky to have found this gem!

Lovely stay in the East End

Our group (two families of 4 adults and 3 kids) had a pleasant weeklong stay in this charming home with most of our desired amenities provided. What made this rental especially memorable was its direct access to a private beach just across the street, allowing us to ocean views from the porch and bedrooms. The kids really enjoyed it. The location in Provincetown's quiet East End offered a peaceful atmosphere while being within easy biking distance of the center of town. The host was very responsive and helpful. I recommend this home for a memorable and relaxing getaway in Ptown.

Well-equipped home

This is one of the best-equipped rentals I've stayed in. It would be ideal for a large group, six to eight people. All the bedrooms are comfortable (though if you're tall watch out for the second floor doorframes). The kitchen has everything you need to cook with, including new, very well-chosen appliances. The dining table will seat eight comfortably. I really appreciate not having to stop in the middle of preparation because something important is missing from the kitchen. It feels like a home, not just a house. The house is set back a little bit from the street, which is nice for privacy and quiet (nobody is going to be cavorting under your bedroom window in the wee hours). It's not right on the water, but it's a simple walk across the street, which is not busy at that end of town, to a little stretch of bay beach.

Misleading Information on VRBO

This house is in a convenient location to the lively Provincetown area. However, the site is listed as 4 bedrooms, two with ensuite baths. Unfortunately, those two bedrooms are in a basement with no windows, no ventilation, and broken air conditioning. They are not considered habitable space under Building Codes. We contacted the owner, and he apologized, saying he had instructed the house cleaner to leave a note that he would fix the issue. There was no note, and the remedy used was to install two portable air conditioners, which he vented through the wall into the rest of the basement. It did not provide fresh air, and the musty smell permeated the house. There were air cleaners with clogged filters, and non functioning wall air conditioners with clogged filters and mold evident at the vents. Maintenance and housekeeping were not up to par.

A MUST STAY!!

house was so charming and you couldn't ask for a better location. the house is situated on the east end of town, so it's very quiet, but completely walkable to to all the restaurants, nightlife and shops. 5 bikes were provided which were in constant use and made getting around even easier and more fun. bobby was very respoonsive and helpful.

Charming house with a classic PTown fee

I stayed here with several friends in 2022 and we loved the place! The location was perfect, very close to restaurants and shops, but just on the edge so that it felt very quiet and peaceful when we were at the house. Very easily slept 7 of us with plenty of space, including a lovely front porch which is perfect for morning coffee and people watching through the beautiful hydrangeas! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home and a great host

We rented this home mid-August through mid-sept with some friends. The house is very charming with plenty of space for 8 people. The beds were super comfy and our group spent most evenings on the front porch watching the sailboats go by as the sun went down. Bobby and Christos were so kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen had all of the essentials, but if you're a baker or master chef, you may want to bring some additional tools. However, we were definitely able to make due and cooked a lot of our meals at home. I also really loved that Bobby had photos up showing the house decorated over the years for the 4th of July. You definitely get the sense that many good memories have been had in this house with friends and chosen family. I'm so grateful that we were able to make some memories of our own there. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Bobby is the host with the most

My college friends and I (8 of us) stayed at Bobby's place last week. Bobby's place is cozy, has a great location, filled with fun photos, paintings, and coffee table books. It was perfect last week with the terrible weather--the fire place and comfortable furniture helped make our college reunion be exactly what it should have been--perfect for catching up. The proximity to the semi private beach was also very helpful with the terrible weather, no one wanted to commit to going to the public beaches when we had such a lovely beach at our disposal! I left my backpack at the house, and Bobby drove it to me in Boston before we left to come home, and then he invited us to Legacy for Guilt, the gay dance party he throws. We went it was fun. I joked that we needed a pill of ecstasy next time for when we come back to Guilt. Even without the backpack incident and the invite to the club, Bobby was a great host. He mostly left us alone, but he didn't have to. We all really liked him. I may have a little crush on Bobby even--I am a sucker for Eastern accents, and Bobby is sweet and handsome. Thanks Bobby!

Warm, wonderful home with lighthouse view and great location!

Charming Cape Cod home, tastefully decorated, comfortable and relaxing, and wonderful art collection! Great location just blocks from shops and restaurants yet ocean and lighthouse view, private beach. Held Canadian Thanksgiving dinner here and had every dish and pot we could need! Host was gracious and accommodating - a wonderful stay - thank you, Bobby!

I am Boston born and raised. My first trip to Provincetown was in 1988, I stayed at the gifford house and had the time of my life. Never did I imagine that I would purchase a home here. Memorial Day weekend 1994, we closed on the Yellow house. It has been my home ever since. I only started renting my home about 10 years ago, when work wouold prevent me from spending the entire summer in my home. I decided to rent weeks I could not be there. The thing i love the most about renting my home, getting notes, sometimes a gift from people who rented my home. It has always been set up as a home someone lives in, not like a typical rental and most people recognized that.

Most of my neighbors have been living in their homes for as long or longer than myself. It reminds me of something I feel is lost in our country now. I know all my neighbors, their kids anf grand kids. Remins me of growing up and knowing all your neighbors.

There are only about 4 o 5 homes in the entire town that sit across from the bay with an unobstructed view. of the harbor. When you sit on our front porch or inside the house, up or down. You view the light house that sits at the very tip of cape cod. Another thing I think is unique to our home is, most homes on our side do not have deeded access to the beach and a deeded private baech.
