The charming cottage is designed to provide a comfortable getaway to all visitors looking for a perfect stay in central North Wales, PA. Its lovely setting and outstanding facilities will offer the levels of relaxation and convenience you are looking for in a vacation home.

It features an abundance of amenities and beautiful furnishing enriched by plenty of natural light accenting the hardwood floors and tastefully picked decor. Every inch of space is well-used, which is best visible in the living room leading into the fully equipped kitchen with the inviting dining area.

You’ll be able to quickly change your settings by stepping onto the dreamy backyard patio surrounded by a lush green lawn and garden with trees and colorful plants.

Two highly comfortable bedrooms will provide all the relaxation needed after a day of North Wales sightseeing.

Charming property in great location

We were in the area to visit family and had my dogs with me. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and family friendly. The backyard is great for pets and was in full bloom during our stay. It was lovely and we're likely going to be staying here again.

Cute cottage

It’s a cute cottage. It’s small but fine for 1 or 2. Beds are comfortable and the fire place was quite nice on a cold evening. Host was responsive to questions.

Adorable and lively stay

Katelyn’s place was absolutely adorable and exactly as pictured. It was a great place for me and my pup to stay while attending graduation nearby. The location is very convenient and we felt safe walking at night. Katelyn was super responsive to any questions and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend her place if you’re coming to the area!

Quaint Cottage

Perfect home away from home for me and my husband and our three dogs while getting some work done at our house. Owner was very responsive to our questions before checking in, and during our stay. Great neighborhood, and well kept house.

Very nice house

The house was cozy and in a nice neighborhood of North Wales, close to one of my favorite bagel places. I came in with my family and we all loved the house. This house was peaceful and Katelyn was very helpful checking in/out. Her communication was on point and I will be happy to bring my family back here next time we visit. Thanks Katelyn!

I Would Stay Here Again

This is a cute little pet-friendly home just a few blocks walking distance from downtown NW. Near a cool little restaurant (Alice Bakery & Confection) with great sandwiches and Everything Bagel for morning coffee and a bagel. It was winter time but I would stay again so we could walk around more and explore the area :-)

Fantastic everything!

Charming home with all necessities provided. The decor is perfect and the home was lovely! The host was super responsive to the one small issue we had and provided a solution quickly. Fantastic TV for football watching (we’re huge fans)! We’ll definitely be staying here again as our visit was to see family in the area and our hopes are to do so a few times a year!

Perfect Fall Cottage

We loved the Hive Cottage ♥️ It was the perfect size for us. Our pups loved the fenced backyard. The fireplace made it extra cozy during the cold mornings. Super comfy beds. The neighborhood was nice, clean with large mature trees that decorated everything with color 🍁 we enjoyed our walks and the parks at each end. It is located just blocks from Main Street in N Wales which is filled with beautiful Victorian houses and lots of food options, our favorite was Alice’s Bakery 😋 Thank you Katelyn for hosting us 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stayed for 6 nights, which was too long in this small house. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and close location to our family in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Check-in was very easy with the safe lock. The photos and verbiage need to be updated because there are two beds for four people since the living room sofa has been replaced. I didn’t realize that the bedrooms have no dressers for clothes since there is only room to walk around the beds. There is a microwave (a necessity) on the kitchen counter not in the current photos, which leaves less room to work with. It would be great to have kitchen cupboards above the counter rather than a few cluttered shelves. The outside light was not working, and we had a problem with the heat, which Katelyn quickly had resolved A plus would be an instruction booklet for places to go/grocery stores/ TV/ restaurants/thermostat, etc, This small house is overpriced for the value.

I grew up in North Wales so it was nice to stay in town and be able to show my partner around! Super cute historic home. Perfect for the dogs and us to stay for a quick weekend. Had everything we needed. Yes the bathroom is small but it’s a historic home that’s kind of the deal!

1. The bathroom is so small. I have been in all 50 states and over 40 countries. I haven't ever been able to rest my head on the sink while using the toilet until now.2. The couch is too hard. I had to sit on a pillow!3. The kitchen table shouldn't be made with slats. Things fall on the floor between the slats.4. The tub faucet is difficult to turn completely off.5. The neighborhood is quiet except for the regular train horns.6. It would be nice if the rental provided a hardcopy of important items about the house: location of router, location of seat cushions for outdoor furniture, nearby restaurants/grocery stores/gas stations, how the train (SEPTA) works (how and where to pay for tickets and parking...license plate number required!), best setting for refrigerator to keep things cold but not frozen, etc.7. Plan on using an eye mask for sleeping since both bedrooms are bright from outdoor light before 6:00 a.m.

Change of atmosphere

We usually stay at a hotel in the Lansdale PA area when visiting family but thought about a rental this one time and this house was perfect for our long weekend. Walking distance to the north wales train station. Nice quiet residential street

Sweet home in lovely neighborhood

I loved this little house. I had everything I needed for a week in Philly. There is a bagel shop and a pizza place within walking distance. I would have given five stars on cleanliness, except the couch had lots of hair embedded in the fabric. I used sheets to drape the couch so I could sit without getting hair on my clothes. I think this is a result of cheap fabric, not really the owners fault.

Very disappointed

The couch was as hard as a rock. The bathroom was very small, and a larger person would not be able to get between the sink and the door. The beds were comfortable, but very high. A lot of people would not be able to get in the one bed. Our purpose was to spend time and relax, and the couch was just so uncomfortable it really ruined our vacation. The fire place was nice.

Cozy and convenient cottage

Very central location in Montgomery County. The cottage house is cozy with many amenities for families including multiple TVs, fenced in backyard if traveling with a pet and a washer/dryer hook up.

Charming and comfortable!

Lovely property in a charming neighborhood! We came to visit family and this home did not disappoint. Comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplace and a back yard to enjoy family time. Looking forward to our next visit.

Family Visit

I can’t say enough how absolutely adorable this small home is. The fireplace was just perfect for the chilly evenings. The beds are comfortable and the place is well laid out. We cooked meals as well as dinning out locally in Doylestown. Highly recommended.

I am a dog mom and a realtor, born and raised in North Wales, PA, where I still live today. A career in real estate has allowed me to explore and get familiar with every corner of this charming town, full of life and history. I have recently refurbished one such historic home and decided to offer it to guests coming to the area. I aim to provide the best possible experience to all visitors through excellent service and quality local recommendations! There is nothing more reassuring and calming than finding a place that feels like a second home on your travels.

In my free time, I enjoy playing with my two maniac yellow labs, CrossFit, softball, and coaching youth sports. You can also find me planning my Halloween costume all year round :)
