Beautiful open floor plan with a brand new kitchen, large center island. New flooring throughout. Large backyard with an entertainment area and a large new hot tub. Plenty of parking for all your toys with RV hook-ups. Just minutes away from the lake, amenities and off-roading trails. 3 bed/2 bath, open concept living area. Backyard is fenced all around. Misters through out back patio. BBQ, chairs and tables with large turf area.

All of it- Jackie is an exceptional host. Her kitchen and bathrooms are wonderfully stocked. Large appliances all like new!

Wonderful place to enjoy Lake Havasu

We truly enjoyed staying at this home. It's in a quiet easily accessible neighborhood, there are amenities close by AND within the home (everything you could need for a months long stay and then some). The fenced in yard was great for our dog, and a wonderful place to enjoy the sun. And the hot tub!!!! Jackie was a great host and answered questions quickly. The home is very comfortable a great place to stay!

Peaceful stay

Boating weekend in Havasu, we didnt get to fully enjoy the home as much. But everything was wonderful. It felt like staying at relatives house. It definitely has a homey feel. I would stay here again!

Cozy Havasu Home

This was a great place to stay for 1 1/2 months. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with new cabinets and an island. Drawers are of the soft close type. It is very organized and well outfitted. I found the bathrooms very outfitted also. Loved using the new washer and dryer. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. Thank you, Jackie - you have been a great host! I have already scheduled a return to this cozy home!

Brookside

We stayed a month at the Brookside house. Very nicely remodeled with everything we needed for our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive down a major street to shopping and downtown. Jackie was responsive to any questions we had and was very flexible with our schedule. The property also had secure side parking for our boat. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Lake Havasu.
