Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered balcony and look into the courtyards of the old town or you taste Ostfriesentee - very traditional -, everything you need for this is provided in our apartment. The apartment Altstadt Perle has its own garage where your car can be safely parked at no extra cost. On the first floor is the living room with sofa and LED TV, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine and a covered balcony with barbecue. The bedroom on the second floor has a dressing room with ample space to store your clothes and luggage, as well as a safe, iron and ironing board. The bathroom with toilet, shower and sink also gives you the opportunity to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay free of charge. We wish you a relaxing and wonderful holiday!

Leer ist eine Reise wert. Lage der Wohnung und Parkplatz in der Hausgarage sind sehr gut.Man muss sich auf ständiges Treppensteigen im Haus einstellen.

Die Altstadtperle ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das bequeme Bett und ein kleines aber modernes Bad haben das ganze abgerundet. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt und eine Garage im Haus sind perfekt.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat alles gepasst. Garage im Haus war optimal. Inmitten der Altstadt war alles interessante fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Anfahrt zur Ferienwohnung war super.

Sehr gefallen hat uns die Garage direkt unter der Wohnung. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Altstadt und der Einkaufsstraße. Gerne wieder!!!

Leer ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen. Wir hatten eine etwas andere Vorstellung von der Hafengegend. Wenn man das Umland erkunden möchte, lohnt sich ein Fahrrad.

Wunderschön wohnen in Leer

Es ist eine sehr sehr schöne Wohnung inmitten der Leeraner Altstadt. Man hat das ganze Haus für sich allein, welches mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Es gibt einen bezaubernden und gemütlichen Balkon, der zum draußen sitzen einlädt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super gelegen, mitten in der Altstadt von Leer. Restaurants und Bäcker sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man betritt das Haus über die Garage, hier kann man dann auch gleich Schuhe und Jacken unterbringen. Im ersten Stock befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und ein kleiner Balkon. Noch ein Stockwerk höher ist dann Schlafzimmer und Bad. In der Wohnung gibt es wirklich alles was man braucht und einen riesigen Kühlschrank. Wir haben allerdings nur Frühstück selbst gemacht. Ein kleines Minus gibt es für die Kopfkissen, die gehören dringend ausgewechselt!

Nette Ferienwwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben alles so angetroffen wie beschreiben. Garage im EG, Wohnküche im 1.OG, Schlafzimmer und Bad im 2.OG. Ausstattung sehr gut mit allem was man so braucht. Terrasse und Balkon klein aber fein; leider wetterbedingt kaum genutzt. Für unseren Kurzurlaub und mit Fahrrädern die perfekte Unterkunft.

Mehr als komplett eingerichtete FeWo mitten in der Altstadt

Sehr originell und praktisch, dass die Garage unten im Haus ist - noch nie so komfortabel das Auto wieder beladen! Die Küche ist mehr als komplett ausgestattet mit Geräten (z.B. Waffeleisen!); Waschmaschine + Trockner auch vorhanden. Den gemütlichen kleinen Balkon haben wir viel zum Kaffeetrinken genutzt. Von der FeWo ist man in wenigen Metern direkt in der langen, belebten Einkaufsstraße mit vielen kleinen Läden (jenseits der deutschlandweit üblichen Ketten). Auch die Tourist-Info, die viel hilfreiche Infos bietet, ist nicht weit weg.

Hochwertige Ausstattung

Tolle FeWo "Eckhaus mit Garage im Haus" hervorragende Altstadt Lage, allerdings befindet sich diese direkt an einer Durchfahrtsstraße und einen öffentlichen Parkplatz, welche gut frequentiert ist! Deshalb haben wir einen Stern abgezogen. ;-) Geschmackvolle hochwertige Einrichtung! Also alles in Allem TOP, daher gab es bei der Gesamtbewertung die volle Punktzahl!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Leider nicht barrierefrei. Sehr sauber und komfortabel . Hübsches Interieur. Kostenloses WLAN. Garage reicht für 2 Motorrad- Gespanne oder 1 grosses SUV. Balkon ist überdacht . Einfach Super!!! Hafen von Leer in ca. 150 m Entfernung, Fussgängezone in 250m erreichbar. Besser geht's wohl kaum!

Perle in der Aldstadt

Die Fahrräder sind schon ziemlich abgenutzt aber für Touren in der nähreren Umgebung ausreichend. Zum Ostfriesentee fehlt noch ein Stövchen. Ansonsten tolle Wohnung. Super zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig. Garage im Erdgeschoss sehr praktisch.

Super-schönes Altstadthäuschen!

Es war alles perfekt. Unkompliziert Übergabe durch Schlüsseltresor, netter Kontakt im Vorfeld und das Haus hat eine super Lage mitten in der Altstadt, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles war vorhanden! Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!
