Welcome to Glenrose! Nestled in the heart of downtown Birmingham, this charming, historic house is one of the coolest places you'll ever stay. Fun fact-The Glenrose was a fraternity house in one of its previous lives. What stories this place could tell! Since updated, the fun lives on! Belt out your fav songs in your own personal karaoke bar, while your friends are getting their hair and makeup done in the upstairs salon.
No matter where you are, enjoy the coolest setting in every room.

Bedroom 1: one king bed
Bedroom 2: two queen beds
Bedroom 3 (the bunk room): triple queen bunk bed and triple twin bunk bed
Bedroom 4: queen bed
Bedroom 5: twin loft bed

Enjoy keyless, full access to the house, front porch/yard and side courtyard.

Located just 10 minutes from the airport, Glenrose is nestled in downtown Birmingham right on the edge of UAB campus. It is just minutes from a plethora of bars, restaurants and entertainment.

Whether it is by Uber, Lyft or your own car, getting around is quite easy. There is ample driveway parking, street parking as well as a parking lot next door so finding a place for your vehicle is never an issue.

Parking for 2 cars available in the driveway, as well as street parking,
-Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed

-No parties allowed--$1500 fine plus damages, as well as immediate removal if violated.

-No glitter/confetti allowed. You will be charged for special cleaning if used.

-Up to 2 FRIENDLY and ***HOUSEBROKEN*** dogs are allowed Guests will be held fully responsible for any damage caused by your pets. There is a doggy door leading to the back fenced in yard. Guests are responsible for making sure their animals do not get out of the fence/yard.

-Street parking ONLY directly in front of house. No street parking in front of neighboring houses.

-Checkout procedures must be followed or guest will be charged an additional $100 fee.
