In our modern furnished top floor apartment Tuscany you will find on 93m³ a lot of space for up to 4 people. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds which you can put together according to your needs. In the large living room you sit comfortably on 2 sofas with coffee table. The 65 "TV flat screen TV ensures a good view. The dining table can comfortably seat 4 people. The open kitchen has everything you need during your vacation: stove, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. The apartment is carpeted, in bedroom 2 is a laminate floor. Other info: Bed linen, towels, tea towels, hygiene paper, kitchen roll, WiFi, electricity, water, heating and final cleaning are included. Children up to 3 years are free, children's equipment is not available. Pets are not allowed in the apartment Tuscany. The apartment is non-smoking. To smoke you have the option on the terrace or on the doorstep (roofed). In the entrance area you will find space for shoes, cloakroom or 2 bicycles. If the apartment is booked by 2 people, the bedroom 2 is locked, but you can book this optional. Special feature: On the almost 25 square meters large sun terrace you have a fabulous panoramic view towards south / west, Altenburg, Bamberg and Hallstadt. We, family gardeners in Litzendorf / Schammelsdorf rent 2 apartments and one apartment. On our enclosed property there is a holiday apartment Tuscany for up to 4 persons, as well as a holiday apartment garden and an apartment for 2 persons each. In a quiet, sunny south / west facing position, each with its own terrace and separate entrance, 6 km east of Bamberg. According to the wishes of our guests smoking is not permitted in the rooms. Likewise, the bringing of pets is not allowed. For our guests free private parking and Wi-Fi are available.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 21:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
