Beautiful residence "Le Mandarin", 3 storeys. In the resort 2 km from the centre of Antibes, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped (seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Public parking on the road. Shop 850 m, grocery, restaurant, bar 600 m, bakery 500 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach "La Gravette" 2.6 km, shingle beach "La Fontonne" 1 km. Sports harbour 2.4 km. Nearby attractions: Marineland 2.4 km, Vieil Antibes 2.3 km, Cannes 12 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cannes, 10 km.

Lovely apartment and pool

Apartment was lovely, clean and as expected. Aircon was really helpful in the summer. Parking was provided, but we were able to park outside in the street regularly. Location is a little far out from Antibes and not a particularly interesting walk. Note that the property is managed by Interhome. They are very professional, but it requires picking up keys and taking keys and linen back to Cannes. With the traffic, this can take a while to collect the keys. Instructions aren't great, but get you there - use the magnetic key fob to open the door and gates, rubbish and recycling is on the garage downstairs. Slightly annoying that you can't drive into the complex (as far as I could tell) which makes loading/unloading a full car a little awkward. Overall, a lovely place to stay though!

La location est un peu excentrée par rapport au centre historique, mais ce dernier est accessible en transport. Il y a plusieurs commerces de proximité et de petits supermarchés dans un rayon de 1km, pratiques pour les courses du quotidien. Le parking est un plus car les places disponibles dans les rues avoisinantes sont rares.

schönes Appartement, schwierige Parkplatzsuche

Da kein Parkplatz direkt in der Anlage war, gestaltet sich die Suche bzw das Finden des Parkplatzes und auch das Öffnen des Tores zum Parkplatz etwas schwierig. Man benötigt unbedingt die APP des Parkplatzbetreibers, denn die angegebene Telefonnummer war immer besetzt. Das Appartement selber war sehr schön. Wir sind allerdings am Sonntag angereist, da erfolgte die Schlüsselübergabe nur über einen Safe in Cannes.

Het was een aangenaam, nette en perfect ingerichte woning, waar alles in het werk was gesteld om het thuisgevoel te creëren. Bedankt ook aan de onderhoudsploeg, het was erg netjes. Vlotte sleuteloverdracht. Perfecte communicaties vanaf de boeking. Super! Tack se mycket

Nous avons apprécié la proximité des transports en commun ainsi que le parking. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle avec beaucoup de vaisselle, ce qui est très appréciable. Je recommande la location de cette appartement, par contre il faut prendre en compte le fait que l on soit à 20 min à pied du centre d antibes.

Nous avons occupé cet appartement une semaine au mois d'Août. Nous avons été très satisfait, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle et la grande terrasse est vraiment très agréable. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence au calme où les voisins sont très agréables. La piscine de la résidence bien que de taille relativement modeste étaient peu fréquentée quand nous y allions, c'était donc très appréciable. Seul petit bémol, la localisation un peu loin du centre d'Antibes mais c'était précisé.

l'appartement est très bien équipé juste à préciser dans le descriptif pas de micro ondes. La literie est extra, beaucoup de vaisselle, la terrasse est très agréable. La climatisation est bien agréable. Le wifi gratuit est vraiment appréciable pour les visites à faire et recherche sur la région la résidence est très bien situé et elle est très calme. La place de parking gérée par YES PARK est un plus très agréable car les places dans la rue sont très rare.

Zeer compleet ingericht en goed verzorgd appartement

Het appartement is ruim heel compleet en gezellig ingericht. De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken en alles wat je maar nodig zou kunnen hebben is aanwezig. Buiten is een groot balkon met voldoende schaduw. Het zwembad is klein, prima om een duik ter verfrissing te nemen, maar nodigt niet echt uit om een dag te zonnebaden. Jammer dat de verhuurder geen parkeerplaats heeft bij het appartement, want parkeren in de straat is vaak moeilijk of niet mogelijk.
