Nice apartement with poor maintenance
Nice apartm. with problems with air-condition, bathroom, beds and kitchen. The aircondition cannot cool the whole apartment - located in the corridor and air-flow is blocked by a wall to the living room and a supermarket fridge to the bedrooms. Upon arrival we faced heavy leakage both with the washbasin and the shower. Two beds didn't have proper slats so it broke under my son. The kitchen was not fully equipped for 6 persons: missing spoons, etc. Problems were only solved after quarrels.

Haus Beba in Ribarici
Die Sauberkeit im Bad war verbesserungswürdig. Unter der Duschtasse lief Wasser heraus, hinter der Duschtassenabdeckung lebte es. Der Gesamtzustand der Wohung ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig. Quieteschnde Türen, verkalkte Wasserhähne und Kaffeemaschine. Bei Wind Zugluft durch die ganze Wohung. Der Zugang zum Meer in 2 Minuten. Die Klimaanlage kostete keinen Aufpreis. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, leider kein englisch oder deutsch.
