While the property feels tucked away in the quiet bay, it's only a short drive from Tivat Airport as well as Porto Montenegro, Kotor and Budva. This location is unique and exclusive.

The brand-new villas have a floor area (square meters) of 650m2 - indoor space only.

Guest have full access to both villas that are for private use. 4 Private parking spaces. Access to private dock as well as Boat Rental (Predator Gammone) up on request.
