This apartment La Viola has a typical room of the 18th century. Century. On 65 square meters, it has a double bed, a large sofa bed a large fireplace, a full bath and a fully equipped, separate kitchen with a view of the green surroundings.

They are the good spirits of San Pancrazio. Anna is responsible for the house and the farm and Mauro rules over the area with its many fruit trees, the four olive groves, the vineyard, the pond fed by the ancient mineral spring and the romantic hiking trails, including the Roman Trail, which are threatening to grow ,
