This fully-renovated end unit 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condominium in Carr's Hill is the perfect place to stay for your next Athens getaway. Whether visiting for a UGA football weekend or simply to experience historic downtown Athens, this condo is sure to exceed your expectations!

Situated inside the loop, only a mile from Sanford Stadium/Downtown Athens and right around the corner from the original Mama’s Boy, this location just can not be beat! UGA’s beautiful campus is within walking distance, with the North Oconee River Greenway, which connects to South Campus, just a few steps away. North Campus, Sanford Stadium and the downtown area are also easily accessible via a well traveled scenic route lined with both historic and recently constructed homes.

This small, quiet complex has plenty of free parking available, & most Athens locations can be reached by a short Uber ride. This property also features a sparkling clean community pool for use during the Spring and Summer seasons.

The unit, complete with new flooring and granite/quartz countertops, is freshly renovated for maximum comfort and cleanliness. Both bedrooms feature king size beds with pillow top mattresses & luxury linens, smart TVs with Apple TVs & private full bathrooms. We have provided a self inflating elevated queen air mattress with extra bedding and linens should you need to sleep more than 4 guests, (which can be set up orior to your arrival, upon request). To enjoy the beautiful Athens weather, the property has a back patio that is perfect for your morning cup of coffee or your tailgate with family & friends.

This condo also features high-speed wifi and a fully equipped kitchen including a Cuisinart coffee station with coffee pods/sweeteners/creamer/syrups provided for your convenience. Highlights of Bulldawg victories and UGA traditions are displayed throughout each room, and the front and back patios have wooded views. All surfaces and linens are thoroughly sanitized between guests, and the keyless entry system adheres to CDC social distancing guidelines. We are truly confident that this unit will make for an unforgettable trip to the Classic City, and look forward to hosting you soon!

This rental was perfect for visiting UGA with our daughter and her friend. Spotless, cozy, attention to detail, fun decor and close to campus and downtown. We felt like it was a brand new place and we were the 1st to rent because it was so clean. If we are ever back in Athens, this is where we will stay again.
