Thanks Alicia! We just love staying at your beautiful home and hopefully this continues to be a yearly routine. We enjoyed our 8 days, went to a lot of nice resturants, snorkeling & had fun at the casino. Casa Koyari was a delightful home to stay in Aruba. it was decorated beautifully and the pool was inviting at the end of a beach day. Although we were only 2 the other bedroomsl were a good size if you have additional guests. The living room was comfortable and large.I would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Aruba. Great Vacation!

Casa Koyari is amazing! From the beautifully decorated inside to the relaxing spacious outside, there's nothing disappointing. We enjoyed the island breeze and the quietness that comes along with staying outside the high rise area, but we enjoyed being close to beaches, restaurants and entertainment. We really feel like we had a true Aruba experience while staying at Casa Koyari. The owners and Aruba Happy Rentals went above and beyond to make our vacation a great one. We are so thankful we had the opportunity to stay in this home away from home.

We so enjoyed our stay at Casa Koyari! The home was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable and the patio became our favorite spot for morning coffee and afternoon sun. The kitchen included anything needed to fix meals, and having a washer and dryer in the house was a huge convenience. Beach towels, chairs and coolers were another plus. The location of the villa is great - close to the beach, but just far enough away from the hotel crowds. Also, there are some excellent restaurants very nearby. Casa Koyari was the perfect place for our family's Christmas vacation, and we hope to be back soon.

Love this home!!

Our family had an amazing time during our second visit to Casa Koyari. The home has every possible amenity and provides every comfort of home. The pool addition left us speechless and was one our favorite places to spend as a family. Casa Koyari is located near some of the islands best entertainment and prime location for every beach. Upon arrival we were met with an immaculately clean home. The welcome staff was super helpful and friendly. We love this place and highly recommend it to everyone we encounter.

Six female educators stayed at Casa Koyari for one week as one of us presented at an international conference. WOW...Aruba is beautiful and Casa Koyari is also incredibly beautiful! It is completely equipped for a very fun stay from chairs for the beach to coolers and beach towels. Everything you need is there. The location is ideal as it is close to EVERYTHING. The description was accurate and the property was immaculate. Alicia was very helpful and answered all of our many, many questions. It is obvious she takes great pride in her property. This place is a big bang for your buck and we would certainly stay here again if vacationing in Aruba.

Gorgeous home!

We (two couples) marveled every day of our week+ stay at Casa Koyari. It has all the wonders others have described...and then some. We celebrated a birthday and Valentine's Day with great pleasure in the incredibly appointed indoor and outdoor areas...so many comfortable places to eat, chat, play, read, rest...and float. We frequently referred to the owners manual for local knowledge, recommendations and directions. Our meals at the outdoor dining table (with fans, cushions, fabulous lighting and privacy throughout) were enjoyed tremendously as were those we shared at Gasparito's, Madame Jeannette's, Mathews, Flying Fishbones and Mirandi...and such a fun lunch at Zeerover's. There was so much to admire about the way Koyari is designed...palette, texture and attention to comfort and function...and the landscaping!! We hope to return and wish that the pleasure the owners share with guests come back to them abundantly!!!

Twelve lovely days at Casa Koyari

We had not been to Aruba in 10 years and chose Casa Koyari from the internet, understanding that it is always a gamble to stay in a new place without first seeing it. We were not disappointed is an understatement! It is a lovely 3 bedroom villa with lavish appointments and is a beautiful oasis to call home for a vacation. The new pool was a real bonus and so fresh and relaxing--and the privacy was perfect. There was everything there that one might need for a beach vacation in Aruba--including snorkeling gear, the cadillac of beach chairs, boogie board, noodles, lovely outdoor lounge chairs and tables, a great gas grill and so many extras. Everything was clean and well kept--we had no complaints about the cleanliness or supplies provided. The owners were very helpful and welcoming and provided a lot of information about the area and restaurants. The agent from Aruba Happy rentals was also excellent and very helpful. We would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family. We intend to one day return ourselves and hope to bring other family members with us!

Paradise in Paradise

This was our first trip to Aruba and it was a great decision to stay at Casa Koyari. The actual villa exceeded the description on the website. Everything you need is there at your fingertips. Typical day consisted of breakfast, pool, lunch, beach, dinner, shopping/entertainment. Visited several beaches but stayed mostly at Eagle at the end away from the lowrise hotels. Dinners at Gasparito, Jeannette, Chefs Table, Rembrandt, Bingo, Linda Pancake, Old Cunucu, Smokey Joe. Two large supermarkets in immediate area. Toured Oranjestad, Lighthouse, Alto Vista Church, Arikok (gorgeous terrains and caves). Owner very easy to communicate with. Renters need to work very hard at keeping within the electricity limit. We tried, but failed miserably, and shrugged our shoulders since everything was so wonderful during our trip. Unfortunately had to return to storm central, otherwise known as NJ. Thank you to Alicia, Rosie, Gemma, and Albert for being making the trip memorable.

Truly a gem on the island and the only place to rent!

What can I say that will differentiate my review that everyone on here has already said. The house is beautiful inside and out. Everything is clean and every possible ammenity you can think you would need to stay here for a week or even longer; for cooking, relaxing, etc! Both the owner, Alicia and Aruba Happy Rentals are a pleasure to talk to. I had many questions and Alicia promptly answered all of them. We had one small issue with a leaking toilet and Aruba Happy Rentals promptly responded to it. We spent alot of time in the pool and beside it. The beaches are a short drive from the villa as well as Superfoods (which we stopped there just about everyday), and if you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants close by. Which by the way, for the first night eat at Gasparitos (sp), only a minute away from the house ... simply delicious food and the owner was so friendly and a joy to talk to! Our group of 6 fit nicely in this house. And if you do choose to rent this place, please feed the house mascot Barney the iguana some lettuce! We enjoyed seeing him everyday and he even hung out with us one afternoon at the pool. I honestly can't say enough about this place!

Awesome Villa!

Staying at Casa Koyari was more like staying at a friends home than a rental property. The house is beautifully decorated, everything is in excellent condition, and we had a wonderful time there. There are great outdoor spaces, including the sitting area at the pool (we dubbed it the "man cave") which was great for hanging out in the evening, as well as the outdoor dining area. The grill area is terrific, we used it frequently. The indoor living areas are spacious and comfortable, although we didn't really use them much, other than the bedroom. There's a local phone as well as a mobile phone you can put minutes on to keep in touch around the island. You will need a car to get around easily unless you rely on taxis, but we found the location in a great spot for hitting Eagle, Palm and Arashi beaches. There are plenty of beach chairs, toys, towels, even some masks and snorkels for your use. The one caution is that there is an energy allowance for water and electric, which we exceeded pretty quickly. We did try to limit our use of the A/C to when we were in the house, but with 5 adults cooking, showering, washing dishes and some laundry, it couldn't be helped. Also, you might want to see if you can get charged for your rental out of the US, as we were charged a $75 foreign transaction fee because the charge came from Aruba. Aruba Happy Rentals is a great management company, they were very responsive and attentive. You'll have a great time if you choose this location, something tells me we'll be writing another review for our 2015 stay!

Loved Renting a Villa in Aruba!

This was our 23rd tip to Aruba (been going to Aruba since 1996) and the first time we rented a private home/villa. It was a completely different experience and we loved it ā€“ felt like a ā€œlocalā€ and that we lived on the island. It was very quiet and peaceful compared to ā€œhotel lifeā€. Found the house without any problems at all using the directions given to us from Aruba Happy Rentals ā€“ it was located just a couple of minutes inland from Eagle Beach/Palm Beach. Albert, general manager of Aruba Happy Rentals, was there at the house to greet us when we arrived. Albert showed us around the house (3 bedrooms, 2 baths - which we were sharing with another couple) and gave us free use of a local cell phone along with a very nice ā€œWelcome Basketā€ of goodies (bottle of wine, water bottles, chocolates, etc.) from his company (very nice touch!) The house was so beautifully decorated with shells, Caribbean artwork, etc. It really did feel comfortable and inviting. Had all the comforts of home plus extras like an additional frig in the ā€œmudroomā€ for all of your beverages, gas grill and bar area outside, outdoor shower, beach chairs, cooler, snorkel equipment, free Wifiā€¦..and of course a full kitchen with anything and everything you can imagine. We made ourselves right at home outside on the patio after we unpacked and had a couple of cold drinks ā€“ so relaxing! With the backyard being so private with so much greenery (palm trees, flowering shrubs, etc.) and hearing parrots at the house next door, you really felt removed from it all like you were in your own private paradise. The main living area was nice and open so that it was almost like one big room that consisted of the kitchen, dining room, living room, and ā€œreading nookā€ (we dubbed this extra little area the ā€œreading nookā€ because thatā€™s where my husband read his book every morning ā€“ comfy sofa and a nice view of the backyard patio.) The bedrooms were all spacious with a ton of pillows and comfortable beds. Each room had its own remote-controlled A/C unit, too. The photos posted on their website looked exactly like the rooms in the house. Everything was spotless when we arrived and our stay at Casa Koyari could not have been better. We loved our first experience renting a private villa on the island and cannot say enough great things about Albert and Aruba Happy Rentals. You can tell that they are a company that cares about both the villa owners and the rentersā€¦.which makes for very happy people all-around!

Wonderful Vacation!

This was our first visit to Aruba and hopefully not our last! Such a sunny, warm and inviting island. There were three of us staying at Casa Koyari. What a beautiful home - we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. And when we did have a problem we were able to get in contact with Aruba Happy Rentals right away. The home has everything that you need for a relaxing vacation - and the pool is an added bonus! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything that you needed to cook your meals and loved that there was a blender for pool drinks! The supermarket was only down the street so we were never without anything that we needed. Very convenient location for the beaches, casinos, and restaurants. We loved that we were so close to everything, but in a quiet residential neighborhood. The landscaping of flowers, plants and palm trees is wonderful. The beaches are wonderful! The water is so beautiful - we also liked that there were beach chairs and a cooler that we could take with us each day. There is an abundance of beach towels, which we were grateful for. But the best part was coming back to Casa Koyari each day. Thank you Alicia for sharing your wonderful home and island with us. We will all have great memories (and lots of pictures) of our vacation.

Paradise on Earth!

Our stay at Koyari was absolute perfection. We were met at the house by a friendly representative of Aruba Happy Rentals who went over everything we needed to know for our stay, and gave us personal recommendations. They were very transparent and had us come outside to read the utility meters. At the end of our trip, we reviewed it again, and the charges were exactly what we'd expected. The house was spotless. The owners had left a detailed list of restaurants and attractions, (as well as a card and a bottle of wine!) and all their recommendations and directions were spot on! The house has every comfort you could possibly need! Once we ran to Superfoods (literally a 2 minute drive) for some shampoo and sunscreen, we didn't have to spend our precious vacation hours doing anything but relaxing! Our most difficult decision we had to make every day was "Pool? or Beach?" The pool is completely secluded and was even cleaned twice during our stay. There are plenty of restaurants near the villa, but we opted to grill out most nights instead. The stay was truly perfect- something we'll remember for the rest of our lives. We couldn't be more grateful for our time at Casa Koyari.

Perfection

Our stay at Casa Koyari could not have been more perfect. We woke up every morning and had fresh fruit for brunch on the patio as birds sang in the trees nearby. Best Villa to stay at!

This was our second trip to Aruba within a year and our second stay at Casa Koyari. Why??? Because we LOVED the island and the villa so much we couldn't wait to come back soon enough! This villa is on a quiet street and is very private for anyone that wants some privacy and not all the chaos of a hotel; plus the feeling of home. You are in such close proximity of all the restaurants, both Palm and Eagle beaches, and Super Foods! We walked early just about every morning to the hotel/beach areas and learned a few short cuts doing so. We got to see a lot by doing that. The villa has everything you need for a great relaxing vacation for the whole family. You need not look any further than Casa Koyari for your stay on the island! I can't say enough about this place with out repeating what I said in my first review! I hope you love the villa just as much as we did.

EXCELLENT CHOICE!

Casa Koyari was an excellent choice for a family of 7, with the majority of us being 1st time visitors to Aruba. As mentioned in prior reviews, would-be renters be mindful to have a car as beaches, restaurants, shopping is quite a walk, yet easily reachable via car. Also, electricity and water is expensive so read the fine print on their website. That being said, we would absolutely return back to the Happy Island, and this place which we've adopted as our 2nd home. The Owner (Alicia) and Aruba Happy Rentals were excellent to communicate with and quickly responsive to questions and concerns. The pictures do not do this beautiful place justice, but absolutely gives an idea of what you'll be greeted with. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us. We hope to return back to Aruba and to Casa Koyari.

Heaven on Earth

We highly recommend this location. It is clean, spacious, private and relaxing. The pool area as well as the house decor is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice it is even more beautiful. The owner is very friendly and accommodating as well as the Rental Agency. We already booked for next year. You won't be disappointed.

Paradise!

Our family stayed 9 days and enjoyed so many amenities! The 3 bedrooms are gorgeous! All of us slept better than we ever did before-- and woke up to tropical winds, sunshine, and parrots! What makes Koyari so special is the friendliness of the owner and rental staff that have become like family. The home itself is so appealing and restful with about anything there you could think of to feel at home! The grounds are enclosed for privacy, yet feel open with the palm trees and tropical flowers in reds, whites, and yellows. Two sliding glass doors lead out onto a comfortable pebbled stone patio with enough patio lounge chairs for 2 families to enjoy! There is a barbeque area, 2 back patio eating areas and the prettiest tiled salt water pool ever! This beats out any 4 to 5 star hotel and allows for making happy memories! Thanks so much for being such great hosts!

Excellent place to stay.

Rely nice place, good location. All you can ask for. Only thing to say is that you do best with a care for ties place, it`s not walking distance to any beaches or restaurants, and the taxie has a little hard to find the place. But With a car it`s perfect.

Second Time, still fabulous
