The house on the lake is a two-storey non-smoking wooden house for max. 8 adults and 2 small children with its spacious living and dining area, a high-quality, lovingly furnished by private in the Scandinavian style solid wood furnishings and a sunny, furnished terrace invites you to vacation with the whole family or with friends. The house on the lake is located on the edge of the forest, the veranda is located on the lake side.
The ground floor offers an open plan living and dining area with a cozy dining area. For evening gathering invites the armchair and couch corner by the stove.
The living area has satellite TV with DVD player, VCR with large film collection, music system, a sofa for 8 people. The dining area is made up of an extendable dining table with corner seat and chairs for 8 people and possibly two children's high chairs. The house is equipped with electric central heating and a woodburning stove provides cozy warmth in the cooler season.
Haus am See offers many games for all ages, books, CDs, DVDs, illustrated books and travel guides.
The living room opens onto a furnished south-west facing terrace. Chairs with cushions, a large table, umbrella and charcoal grill are available.
The kitchen area is equipped with large fitted kitchen: dishwasher, 4 plate electric stove, oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker and toaster, pots and pans, blender, blender, etc., as well as dishes, glasses and cutlery for at least 10-12 people ,
In the bathroom on the ground floor there is a toilet with shower, sink, and the washing machine available. Upstairs is another sink and toilet.
The comfortable, large Swedish wooden house has four bedrooms. All bedrooms are darkened with mosquito nets and partly located on the lake side.
The first bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed. In the drawer cabinets and in the three-door wardrobe, you can easily store all your belongings.
The second bedroom on the ground floor is a solid, stable bunk bed. The nightstand and chests of drawers provide space to stow away. Here is also the massive wooden cot.
In the third bedroom upstairs you will find again a comfortable double bed.
The fourth bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with two separate single beds.
Both bedrooms upstairs have a bedside table per bed and chests of drawers. In the hallway of the upper floor, a spacious wardrobe offers space for your clothes.
Our little guests sleep peacefully in 2 sturdy, adjustable lattice wooden beds. 2 adjustable children's wooden chairs, changing mat, baby bath, children's dishes, stools and toys) are available for our little guests. Thus, 2 babies or toddlers can spend their holidays in the house at the same time.
Game, sport and fun in the holiday park
In the spacious, green park there is a well equipped playground with swing, slide, sandpit etc. Active people will find a ping-pong table, a volleyball court and a large, fenced sports field for all imaginable sports. For table tennis you can borrow table tennis rackets and balls at the reception.
Boats and bicycles can be rented in the Useriner village shop and used for extensive boat tours. Hiking and biking maps can be found in the house.
The fine sandy beach is just a few steps from the house. With the slide it goes into the flat, clean water: a huge pleasure for all.
Location and surroundings
In the midst of the Mecklenburg Lake District, halfway between Berlin and the Baltic Sea, embedded in dreamy lakes and wide, silent forests, lies the Useriner See. Userin is located in the heart of Mecklenburg, between Lake Müritz, the Rheinsberg lakes, the Feldberg lakes and the Tollensesee. The Lake Userin is 5.2 km long and 950 m wide and is traversed by the Havel. The lake belongs to the upper Havel lakes and has connection with the Havel waterway.
