The location and size was perfect for our week stay in Nashville. It was short and easy drive to get to other downtown activities as well as to and from the airport. The house was very clean and was in a quiet area of Nashville. I appreciate the house having some of the basics available, such as coffee and communication provided by the host throughout the stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville.

We loved this perfect Nashville bungalow so much that we asked to stay an extra night! Location was perfect and is just a quick Uber ride to Broadway and Midtown…just the right location for our CMA Fest work week. Loved the open floor plan with the added privacy of individual bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor area was peaceful and such a prime spot for some songwriting! Would 10/10 stay here again!

Beautiful house with every amenity we needed. Updated and well stocked. Only weird issue was the trundle bed is actually located off the master bedroom in the outer part of the bathroom with the sinks across from the bed, Just a little weird it was not disclosed (advertised that way). To get to the Master shower and toilet you walk thru a sleeping person's room that has the sinks to wash your face/hands/teeth. Our dog loved the fenced in yard/porch.

The Bungalow was a perfect place for a girls trip. Really close to all the good spots and attractions. House was clean and decorated nice. Plenty of space to spread out. Definitely recommend!!!

Adorable place, just right for our stay. Music theme was a nice touch for Nashville. The outdoor space was perfect, very private for the family and dogs. Fully stocked kitchen with spices, very helpful. Thanks for sharing the space!

Great stay!

This is one of the best Vrbo properties I’ve ever stayed at! The distance to downtown and all of Nashville's attractions was fantastic, the unit was clean and well stocked, everything was super cute and the owner was great at communicating everything! Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone considering a trip to the area and hope to be back soon!

This is a charming home with immense character and a lot of space. It is well-maintained, very clean, and as comfortable as a place away from home can be. We brought our two service dogs and an 8 month old puppy. The yard was great for the dogs with comfortable seating for us. It was a great central location for the activities we planned. The hosts are fantastic. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We would definitely book again! A

Super cute, open plan on one level. It was perfect for our stay. Would have been even better if the city had not put a telephone pole in the middle of the front sidewalk so that I could enter in my wheelchair. There were a couple stairs at the entrance in back, but I managed them ok. Host was very responsive and had great local suggestions.

Beautiful House & Yard 🤩

We loved this house ♥️ It is BEAUTIFULLY decorated, very clean and as well stocked as our home! Beds, linen’s & furniture were all very nice and comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was also wonderful,,, the fenced yard was the best for our pups. We were left with nothing but relaxing 😎 Thanks Jennifer for hosting us 🤠

Our recent stay at this conveniently located Nashvile VRBO property was perfect. My family planned a trip to Nashville to celebrate famoly weekend at Vanderbilt University. After searching VRBO, we mesaaged the host about thia property. We are so happy with the decision. The home was perfect. Looks just as the pictures in the listing. The home was conveniently located to downtown Nashville and Vanderbilt University, amongst many other places. Communication with the host was great. When visiting Nashville again, we will definitely look at this property as an option, especially if needing space for 6 or more people. Highly recommend!

The home was awesome. We had a wonderful stay. My wife and I had our own room and stayed in the Johnny Cash suite. The room was huge, comfortable, and had a large bathroom. Our son had his own room and so did my mother-in-law. The owner was extremely responsive and we had no issues. The deck was large with a nice awning and a large backyard. The home was located within minutes of downtown and surrounding areas. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We definitely recommend staying at this wonderful property.

This single-floor house, nestled in an unassuming neighborhood, is a great find. Its AC combats the Nashville heat. The beds are in good shape and are comfortable — a detail missed by some other rentals. The kitchen is well stocked, which allowed us to cook a couple of meals and save the expense of eating out. The dining area and living room served us well for relaxing after visiting downtown, which is nearby . The cleanliness is notable. In some other rentals, we’ve had trouble with pests, but not here. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute rental in a close location to downtown

If you’re looking to go downtown, but not stay downtown, this is a great rental. It’s close to everything. It had a nice layout and lots of space for everyone.
