2 Acres, 2970 SQ Ft home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 Baths. A large circular driveway greets you in the enclosed private space. No Neighbors mean loud parties are ok with permission prior to booking. Located next to Tracy Sky-Dive center.

There is a Capacity for 16 people to stay at the house overnight. Extra charges apply to any visitors that guests may invite. Must be pre-approved prior to booking. Events may need security and insurance. Please reach out for more information.
