The NON SMOKING apartment is 37 m² and is located on the third floor of the apartment complex "Haus Lübeck" in the holiday center Holm. The Ostseeklinik is located in the immediate vicinity and the salt marshes are only a few minutes walk to the long, fine sandy beach in California. This extends from stage 18 to 29 over a length of about two kilometers. A paradise for those who love the Baltic Sea, the beach and the sea.

The lodging has a bright living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a hallway with an integrated kitchenette and a balcony.

The living room has a cozy sitting area with coffee table and a flat screen TV. Here you can relax after a long walk on the beach on the cozy sofa or let the evening fade away with a glass of wine. The dining table invites you to sit together and the kitchen offers enough space for cooking. The second room is a narrow, elongated bedroom with two consecutive single beds (90 x 190 cm). The spacious wardrobe offers plenty of storage space.

The bright bathroom has a shower and a toilet. There is also a towel dryer and a hairdryer.

The covered balcony is oriented to the west side and a large parasol allows a place in the shade.

Sheets and towels can be rented or brought with you.

A lockable storage room is available for shared use in the basement and offers the perfect opportunity to accommodate your beach items and bicycles. A parking lot is directly opposite the apartment complex.
