The spacious apartment in the idyllic Petersdorf offers on 2 levels 60 m2 living space and approximately 120 m2 floor space.
In the apartment, which was refurbished in mid-2013, there is a large room with 2 single beds in the gable.
In the living area a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. The bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Bedroom with double bed and a large skylight overlooking the stars. The cozy living room with bay window invites you to linger even in bad weather.
The penthouse on the 3rd floor is easily accessible by lift.
Petersdorf has an ALDI and EDEKA market, organic market (fruits and vegetables), bakery, pharmacy, doctor and more.

Sehr schöne uns gepflegte Wohnung. Die Grundausstattung für die Küche war alles gegeben. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm und sauber. Die Wohnung war ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Kinder.

Durch sehr viele niedrige Dachschrägen, muss man sich oft ein wenig verrenken. Der Einstieg der

Durch sehr viele niedrige Dachschrägen, muss man sich oft ein wenig verrenken. Der Einstieg der Dusche ist ziemlich schmal und die Anbringung des Wasserhahns ist eine Katasthrophe! Während des Duschens kommt man dauernd dagegen und stellt sich selbst das Wasser aus oder um und ein Teil der Armatur ist kochend heiß. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut und bis auf die genannen Mängel in der Dusche ist auch das Bad mit Fenster, Waschmaschine und genügend Stauraum ausgestattet. Der Essplatz ist sehr freundlich und hell durch ein Dachschrägenfenster. Wenn allerdings die Sonne knallt, wird man total geblendet, da keine verstellbaren Jalousien angebracht sind. Jalousien fehlen auch am Küchenfenster. Das Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hat uns nett empfangen und spontan noch mit wichtigen Dingen versorgt. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub auf Fehmarn, insbesondere Petersdorf mit der schönen Kirche und guten Essensmöglichkeiten haben uns gut gefallen - aber diese Wohnung werden wir wohl nicht nochmal buchen. Sie hat zwar ihren Charme, doch zu viele Dinge, die uns gestört haben.

Entspannter Urlaub

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht, einziges Manko, kein Balkon wo man den Abend ausklingen lassen kann.
