Yes, you read that right: you are moving into a former power house. But do not worry, we have removed all cables and wires that no longer need and have prepared a loving holiday apartment for you (completely renovated in 2012!). The small holiday home is suitable for young or young-at-heart guests (ceiling height 1.90 and steep internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen with a dining area and a modern bathroom. On the first floor a small living room with satellite TV and seating area. And under the roof is a bedroom with two single beds. Of course, the holiday home also has a quiet terrace and a parking space.

Eine einzigartige Ferienimmobilie, die sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Obwohl es so kompakt ist, wirken die einzelnen Zimmer gar nicht so nicht klein. Größer als 1,90 m darf man allerdings nicht sein :-D Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zu zweit braucht, eine Pfanne wäre vielleicht noch praktisch. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich, hier würde ich mir lediglich ein etwas größeres Sofa wünschen, auf dem man es sich zu zweit gemütlich machen kann – das ist allerdings ein sehr individuelles Empfinden. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig, modern und luftig. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Schöne Terrasse mit Grill, Sonnenschirm und Co. Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Vermietung. Was will man mehr? Ein wirklich hübsches, besonderes Ferienhaus, perfekt für einen Kurztrip nach Zingst.

Eigentlich gefühlt ein Geheimtip, aber einfach zu schön, es nicht zu teilen. So ein architektonisch gelungenes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Häuschen mit hochwertiger und geschmackvoller Einrichtung, die keine Wünsche offen läßt! Perfekte, ruhige Lage, fußläufig vom Zentrum. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
