Holiday home for 5 guests with 85m² in Oevenum (52106)

Welcome to "Uns witte Kaat" in the heart of Oevenum on Föhr. The detached house was completely refurbished in winter 2016/2017 and rebuilt on the historic walls of an old Frisian house again. With an eye for detail and high quality materials an exclusive holiday oasis was created here. Oevenum is a small island village, about 3.5 km from downtown Wyker and the guarded bathing beaches. The small own infrastructure of the village with bakery, supermarket, restaurant and a beautiful, weekly village market in the season offer a very special charm.
The house "We witte Kaat" is available to our guests for relaxing holidays!

The laundry equipment is included from 7 nights.

On the ground floor of the house is the spacious and light-flooded living and dining area. The high-quality and very cozy sofa area invites you to relax and unwind, modern entertainment technology provides variety in winter weather. The open-plan dining table in the living room offers plenty of space for shared meals and funny players. A fully equipped kitchen makes the hearts of amateur chefs beat faster.

From the spacious hall area at the main entrance of the house, you reach the rear part of the house with a back entrance and a large shower-tub bath, which was lovingly prepared with old elements, such as old cast-iron stalls. Such small details can be found throughout the house.

In the upper floor of the house are the two bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling wooden casement windows. (Please note this design when traveling with infants!)
One of the bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and the second with two comfortable single beds. Furthermore, there is still a separate toilet.

The large south facing terrace is accessed from the living room.
