Through a separate entrance on the side of the newly opened in 2017 holiday resort you reach a curved staircase in the open, very friendly living area. Brightness and generosity welcome you. The comfortable kitchen, the modern dining table with table and comfortable chairs and the living area with ottoman (and bed function) provide a cozy living atmosphere. The modern LED TV promises a successful evening on TV - in every season.

Through the large, floor-to-ceiling windows you reach the balcony, from where a small sea view is possible. In the back of the apartment are the bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), wardrobe and the second bedroom with box spring bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and large closet.

In the apartment, the entire floor is designed with hygienic design planks. The white wall paint and the floor in sand look enhance the warm effect of daylight and give this apartment a particularly pleasant look.
