The 3-room apartment, measuring approximately 90 square metres, can accommodate up to 4 people. The holiday rental is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a pull-out sleeper sofa, as well as a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.



On the upper floor, there is a bedroom for 2 people with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 m) and a guest room with a double bed for 2 additional people.



The apartment was extensively modernised and refurnished in 2020.

Our holiday home, featuring four holiday apartments, is located in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Warnemünde, just a four-minute walk from the promenade along the Alter Strom and in the immediate vicinity of Kirchplatz.



Each of the holiday apartments in Warnemünde features a large, open-concept living and dining area, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom.



All holiday apartments are equipped with a TV, radio, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a hob—some with an oven.



The holiday home is located near the Mühlenstraße promenade. In the immediate vicinity of the Alter Strom and the white sandy beach, you can enjoy peace and relaxation here. Nearby, you’ll find a bakery, butcher shops, cafés, and stores for shopping.



A parking space on the property can be rented from the landlord upon request for a fee.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
