PANORAMIC VIEW OF THE NORTH SEA MOUTH AND HAVENWELTEN. POOL & SAUNA IN THE 25TH FLOOR

Our new apartment Havenquartier was completely renovated at the end of 2018 and completely redesigned. It is furnished in the maritime industrial style of a traditional warehouse and office building. The design of the apartment is unique. Many elements were designed and built exclusively for COAST HOUSE.

The holiday apartment is located on the 8th Floor of the Columbus Center, in the middle of the maritime happenings of the Urban Lakeside. Enjoy the unrestricted view of the Weser, the North Sea estuary, Havenwelten and even the container bridges with which the largest container ships in the world are loaded and unloaded from the large living room with bar.

The pool and sauna use in the 25th Floor (!) with roof terrace is included.

With 3 bedrooms and approx. 105 sqm living space, the Havenquartier offers enough space for 2 to 6 people.

3 Wohlfühltage :-)

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und sie passte für unsere Reisegruppe genau. Uns fehlte nichts und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gewundert haben wir uns nur, weil das Schwimmbad und die Sauna im 25. Stock sein sollten und der Fahrstuhl nur bis in den 24 Stock fuhr. Aber das haben wir herausgefunden. Die Lage ist top, alles gut zu erreichen, vor allem auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Wenn es sich ergibt, gerne wieder.
